purchased a $ 30 hubcap for our daughter’s Honda, they shipped a defective unit with a slight bend at the air valve not noticeable until after it was installed. we were then informed if it was installed on the wheel they will not take it back or provide any credit towards another only stating they’ll gladly sell you another. not even close to what we’d call a credible customer service.

Short story: my merchandise never arrived and I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Sigh.
Long story: I placed an order for a hub cap in early May and was told there would be a short delay but that they were expecting shipment soon. The delaying continued until I was told it would ship right after Memorial day. I checked in again and asked if it shipped yet and requesting them to cancel the order if not. I received no response. I again requested they cancel the order and requested a refund or I would dispute the charges on my credit card. They again did not respond. I’ve now disputed the charge (which is the first time I’ve ever needed to do that) and have ordered from another location.
They seem like nice enough people, but I think they need to get their logistics in order.

I swear I hit potholes like I’m winning points in a game… I think I’ve gone through 6 or 7 hubcaps on my current car. They have always managed to have one in stock for me. They have been able to offer me a brand new, a slightly used, and a pretty beat up one at various prices to fit my budget. I usually go for the slightly used as it is a hubcap after all and I’m a chick that doesn’t care about them that much. The woman who owns the shop always installs it for me, thank God! I’m a fan!

There’s no option to give zero stars. These people are thieves. I placed an order, my account was debited, I received a confirmation email that my order was received, then poof, they were gone. It’s been two months and I have no resolution, but these thieves have my $ 39.00
