There is a fantastic selection to choose from of every type of gifts. I was hoping to get a Cleveland Clinic shirt, but they were pricey. But they have good deals, you just have to hunt around for them in the store. But they have everything you would ever need while at the Cleveland Clinic. They are in a very central location too.

Joseph-Beth booksellers are a very noticeable place in the clevealnd Clinic ground floor surrounded by starbucks and ABP. I like it a lot because it has some very good selection. I frequently visit here to read their selection of sympathy cards(they are hilarious!!). They are also very good to get a last minute gift for someone in the hospital(whether they work there or are visiting for other reasons). A welcome addition to boring hospital landscape. Much nicer than the goodwill stores found elsewhere.

When my Mom was admitted to the Cleveland Clinic, I knew I wanted to send her some flowers. Not being familiar with the area and living out of state, I thought that I would have to use an FTD florist in order to have something delivered. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the gift shop inside the Cleveland Clinic had flowers and plants that could be ordered over the phone and delivered to patients with no additional charge. ALL of the local florists had a $ 50 minimum order plus a hefty delivery charge. The biggest downside is that the shop does not have any pictures online of the available arrangements. However, the staff was extremely helpful over the phone — giving me descriptions, choices and even measuring to tell me how big the arrangement was. The prices were incredible — something for EVERY budget. I called after the regular delivery time and was assured that someone would deliver the flowers that day anyway. Friendly and extremely helpful staff, fair pricing, same day delivery. No brainer!
