Chef Kim T.
Business Owner
Informally trained, Chef Kim has experience working with chefs in 5 Star Hotel Kitchens in the Washington, DC area and has been involved with Family Restaurants in popular vacation destinations on the East Coast.
Throughout the 1980s and 90s she was involved in the Hospitality Industry doing Catering and Special Events including Professional Audio-Visual and Event Décor. while still working closely with catering and event company owners. In 2006, Kim returned full time to her passion of food where she took her job as a Cheese Specialist to the extreme and developed an expertise in her position. This expertise brought about opportunity to showcase her culinary talents. KimBrûlée Personal chef Service was born in 2009.
Chef Kim is a ServSafe Certified Food Safety Professional, a member of the United States Personal Chef Association and a graduate of the Culinary Business Academy.
