Joseph Laronge, Inc. and Wagner Realty merged in 1992 to create Laronge-​Wagner Realty. Laronge was founded in 1903 and is one of the longest established real estate companies in the Cleveland area. Wagner Realty was formerly known as Nelaview Realty. Its founders started in business in 1918. Laronge-​Wagner Realty is a single office, independent real estate company. specializing in the needs of buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Michael D. Wagner began working as a full time real estate agent in 1972 and obtained a broker’s license in 1974. Professional designations from the National Association of Realtors include Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). Michael Wagner is also a certified residential real estate appraiser and obtained the Graduate Senior Appraiser (GSA) designation from the National Residential Appraisers Institute. He graduated from Saint Francis University. Michael has served as an officer, director and committee member of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors and as a governor of the local multiple listing service. He has been active in local service and business organizations.
