Love Threading Bar

I have been to this place 3 times. I had a good experience once.
I’m not going to go over the first two visits. If the third didn’t happen, I would still consider going there. But after yesterday’s visit, I will not be returning.
When I arrived, the place was vacant save for one technician. She was yelling on the phone. She motioned for me to sit down. I figured that meant that she would be done with whoever she was yelling at and would get to work. She got to threading… and she was still on her damn phone continuing to argue. I actually had to tell her to stop and finish her conversation. If it weren’t for the fact that she had already gotten started, I would have left. It was totally unprofessional. She had the gall to say that she was paying attention while on the phone. My skin was so reddened and sore afterwards, I’m sure some of the aggression she was exhibiting was being taken out on my poor eyebrows. They are also uneven. One has an arch while the other doesn’t!
Sure, the price doesn’t sound bad, but if you’re going to deal with the people I’ve dealt with at Love’s Threading Bar, go somewhere else even if costs more. It’s not worth it any more even for the price.

I would have given it less if I could, half my brow on the left side is missing and the right side looks like a step ladder. Never going here again!!!

Silly analogy to come, but walk with me. With this place, I felt like an addict chasing that first high. I have been coming to this place for six months. The very first time I went, I was very pleased. I get my eyebrows threaded every month. Each time I went, someone different did my eyebrows. I don’t know if the problem was different people trying to maintain the first shape I had, or poor training and experience, but since that very first month, it has gotten worse and worse. First the shape changed, then they got gradually thinner. Because they were too thin for me, I skipped my November appointment to allow them to get especially thick. Yesterday was my last visit. In addition to her removing all the hair I grew back, they are terribly thin, have no arch, and are not identical. I like thick eyebrows that look like they belong together as a pair. I currently have thin eyebrows with no shape. And to top it all off, as the service got worse, they increased the price. I am very disappointed. I tried to give them a chance to get me back to that good feeling I had in the beginning, but it never happened. I am done with Love Threading Bar.

If I had written this review immediately upon leaving the establishment, I would have probably rated it, at least 3 stars. The person threading, did an okay job, cleaning up my brows, they were a bit uneven and didn’t have a lot of shape, but I was just grateful that she didn’t «scalp» my brows. 2 days later, not so much, I have sores underneath each eyebrow, which has never happened before. I probably wouldn’t return, unless I knew that there would be a more experienced threader on-​duty.

I literally stumbled upon this place and couldn’t be happier. Why is it so hard to find a threading place in Cleveland? This place was clean, quick and I was pleased with the work they did on my brows. $ 10 and quick in and out, no wait!

Convenient location– I was able to park in front & did not have to wait to get my eyebrows done. Prices were reasonable ($ 10) for eyebrow threading & efficient service. Clean. Will def go back
