M C Automobile Service

Have been going to the shop to get my car taken care of for the last two years. No regret. The owner and workers at the shop is very knowledgeable and friendly. Price is always cheaper than other shops.

If I have a choice, I will give NO star! Very terrible service and rude workers there! I will never go there again, and advise all my friends to avoid going there.
I went there to fix my volkswagen car, and the worker asked me to put the car there to wait for their notice. Two days later, I got the call from them and told me that they could not find the way to fix, and asked me to drive away my car to find another service center. What a terrible!!! They do not know how to fix a Germany car?! Much much more than that, after I went to pick up my car, I found there were two signs of cave in my right-​side passenger door. Very obvious one. I questioned them how these terrible signs came? They just denied, and refused to admit it was their fault! I asked them to show the camera video, also got denied! Then, no matter what I argued, the workers there just locked the door, and denied to listen! I spent 1 hour to argue, but they just denied, denied and locked the door to see me! They are the worst workers I have ever met!
I went to another auto service center to check, and I was told these two NEW signs would cost me at least $ 300! I don’t know how can I protect my right because the workers in M C Auto service center have NO honest at all for their customers. They do not take responsibility for their faults! They just decline and refused to explain!
