History

Established in 2003.

The firm has been in existence through its predecessor firms since 1984, with its recent reincorporation occurring due to the combination of the law practices of partners (and spouses) Marcia and Andrew Margolius. Marcia Margolius has been one of the preeminent leaders in Social Security law and is often chosen as a lecturer on subjects as diverse as effective advocacy in Social Security Disability cases to using technology to a client’s adavantage to persuasive technique and tactics towards winning before an ALJ. Andrew Margolius has practiced in the employee rights field for many years, has been president of the Ohio Employment and Cleveland Employment Lawyers Associations and is known for zeolous advocacy in the litigation arena. The two partners work with eight other associate attorneys in a team approach emphacizing effective advocacy and listening to a client’s needs.
