While our technicians have years of experience not just with technology and are second to none when running a show, they also exhibit a can-​do attitude and a world-​class customer service focus.

Our Media Department can help you to conceive, shoot, edit and produce any project you can imagine in full High Definition video. With their HD Video Production truck, they can shoot and stream your live event in HD to thousands of audience members while simultaneously producing a finished product to distribute after the event.

Our Sales and Integration department can help your business, institution or House of Worship select and install a state-​of-​the-​art broadcast production studio, concert sound system or integrated A/​V system. Our relationships with the best manufacturers in the business help ensure that you get the best equipment and the finest support possible.

Established in 1992.

Founded in 1992 by Joe Thompson, NPi has been staging events for a variety of customers including Fortune 500 corporations, Colleges and Universities, Event Planners and the Entertainment Industry.

Business Owner

Joe Thompson got his start in the event business working at a Hotel. While in this role, he noticed that the A/​V companies that came through lacked quality gear and didn’t provide a high level of service. So, like so many entrepreneurs, he started his own company to fill the hole in the market. Over the last 22 years, NPi has grown into Northeast Ohio’s premier audio/​visual staging and installation company. We work throughout the US and internationally on events large and small.
