Easy access to I71, easy in and out, shuttle ready when we parked and got off the plane, fair price. How could if be better?

Drive in park and shuttle picks you up immediately by your car. Pick up was ready before I was even ready. They have AAA rate or employer rate for a little over 8 $ per day. They charge 3 $ per hour up to daily rate if cross into next day. They drop you off near the airports attached garage so not too long of a walk to terminal although they mentioned this a temporary drop off point due to airport construction. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Leave your ticket in the car on your dashboard bar code face down. They help you get your luggage out of your car as well. For a short trip this a great option.

So easy. Everybody who works there is super friendly and helpful and makes my flying experience worry-​free.

They always surpass our expectations with their wonderful service!!! We have never had to wait for the shuttle. We pull in a parking spot and the shuttle is always right there. They help with the bags. The drivers are always so pleasant. It has always been a wonderful and convenient service!

The bus was there ready to pick me up even before I got out of my car.

Cheaper than parking at the airport and they take you directly to your car. Pickup location at the airport is poorly marked (there are two separate areas for shuttle pickup and they just blow past the first one), but they run pretty frequently. Car wash was closed despite being 65 degrees outside.

I parked and the shuttle raced to my spot. It took a lot longer to get luggage out of trunk, because I thought I would have time to switch out heavy coat to wind breaker. Can’t beat door to door and cheaper then airport.

These folks do credible job. The vans are quite prompt and the drivers helpful. I have patronized this establishment numerous times over several years.
Note: They advertise a 30% discount for veterans. Actually, as of last weekend, that discount is 10% — less than for AAA, which is 15%.

I have been using Park n Fly for over 6 years now. Excellent service and customer care. Never had to wait for more than a minute or two for pick up/​drop off at the airport. Their parking rates are very competitive. You get an extra discount if you have an corporate membership plan. (Inquire from them, most of the big employers in N-​E Ohio have a corporate acct).

This review is for Park N Fly in general. Not necessarily the Clev location or the service Clev provides. They do a good job. It is Park N Fly corporate that I am upset with. As of this post I have signed up for another shuttle service and PNF has lost this 11 year customer.
In Jan I tried to book some free days to coincide with a business trip. I was told that they were revamping their «rewards program» and free days can not be redeemed at this time. So, whatever. No big deal I booked with the agent 7am Wed to 4 pm Sun. So what does the agent do? She books me for arrival back to Clev a few hours earlier meaning I end up paying for additional time. PNF wouldn’t adjust the return time when my secretary called them on account of my checking in the morning that she called them. Even this wasn’t enough to make me switch to another service. Just this week I received a letter from PNF. Basically it read something like — we have listened to our customers and we have revamped our loyalty program… blah blah blah. Enclosed with the letter were 10 free parking tickets. These were the days I’ve accumulated over 11 years. I thought, WTeFF! I called corporate and asked where the rest were and I thought I had accumulated at least 30 days. She said, I had accumulated 33 days but now you get 10 days that expire at years end with the new program. She said that with the new program I can get diff levels though and if I stay with them more I’ll get more days. WWTTFF! She had no good explanation for the fact that they just picked my pocket of 66% of my free days.
My final question is — who the heck are these customers that are clamoring for this type of revamping of a loyalty program? They can have it, I’m moving on.

How can you not love a parking joint that picks you up at your car, drops you off at your car and offers a free car wash? Lest I forget the reserve online option with discounts and parking rewards? Dig it with a capital D.

I recently parked here during an extended trip of mine. The idea came up at the last minute as I realized I could not afford parking directly in airport garage. I drove past this place for years with out giving it a try. I looked up the prices online, we left and soon after pulled in and too my pleasure I found a spot right on the front of the lot. I realized after the fact I could have saved approx $ 2−3/day if I pre-​paid online however was unable to do so due to losing my bank card :(All in all, they fit my car well. quick shuttle to/​fro airport (with amazingly friendly staff as well) Would probably use again in the future if i find myself with out a place to park

Best value airport parking in Cleveland. Never waited more than a minute or two for the shuttle. It stalks you from the moment you drive in and shows up at your parking spot shortly after you do. Very quick hop over to the airport from here. Easy onto and off of the freeway.
They have a frequent parker card program that earns you free parking. A nice touch. Obviously, it’s Cleveland, so it would be awesome if there were covered parking but then it wouldn’t be as cheap.
Park here — you won’t be disappointed.
