History

Established in 2002.

Parma Self Storage, serving the communities of Parma, Parma Hts., Brooklyn and surrounding areas, is a family owned business started in 2002 with the conversion of a 1950’s 12 room motel and living quarters. The initial construction turned the living quarters into an office and the motel rooms into storage units. In addition 60 storage units were built behind the original motel the first year. Through the years approximately 300 additional drive up storage units have been built. Climate controlled units and contractor size units have been added along with spaces for parking RV’s campers and trucks.

Business Owner

Wayne and Terry are brothers who purchased and developed the land into what is today Parma Self Storage. You will usually see Wayne in the office running the business along with other properties they own. Terry can be found on the grounds maintaining the buildings and helping customers move into their units. With the experience they have gained they can help you with most moving and storage question you may have.
