Ross D W Insulation

I am a General Contractor who has done business with many suppliers from the big box stores down to the little mom and pop shops. I needed something custom built for a particular job and no supplier was able to provide it. After much searching I was excited to find DW Ross was able to provide it. They promised a 4 – 6 week delivery time. It ended up taking 4 months to get the full final product. Not cool at all. How do I explain that to my customer? At first he delivered a partial product not completed. The product was an OK quality. Not the worst work I have seen by definitely nothing to write home over. When the rest of the product came he made me come to his shop to pick it up instead of delivering it as promised. And then it was the wrong size. And then made me bring it back to his shop to drop it off. Then he had to reorder the correct size, and I had to go back to his shop to pick it back up. Once again delivery was agreed upon. And delivery of the fully completed product all at once. Once all this running around was said and done 4 months had gone by. Not even an «I’m sorry». I won’t be returning to DW Ross for anything.
