Established in 2012.

Following seven years with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Botnick entered into private practice. Since January 2012, Mr. Botnick has been serving the criminally accused throughout Northeast Ohio. In May 2013, The Botnick Law Firm became a part of the Buckeye Law Center in the heart of Cleveland’s Buckeye neighborhood serving clients charged with felonies, misdemeanors, DUIs, and Federal crimes.

Mr. Botnick represents clients on felony and misdemeanor charges, DUI and traffic offenses, as well as delinquency and custody matters in juvenile and domestic relations courts.

Mr. Botnick served as a Cuyahoga County prosecutor for seven years handling serious felony cases, including murder, rape, arson, drug trafficking, computer crimes, and theft-​related offenses, among numerous other crimes.
