The Stone Oven Bakery and Cafe

I frequent the Woodmere and Cleveland Heights locations on a regular basis, but it’s been a long time since I visited this location. I arrived just before the lunchtime rush. I ordered the Chicken Caesar wrap with a side of couscous. There was a bit of a wait, because the staff was in the process of setting up for lunch. This location doesn’t have as big of a selection, as the other 2 locations, but all-​in-​all, there is still a variety of items to choose from. My order was to-​go. I arrived back at work, a little disappointed in the size of the wrap (for $ 8.35), but the flavors were spot-​on. The chicken was seasoned well, the veggies were crisp and fresh and the wrap had just the right amount of Caesar dressing. I still prefer the other locations, but this will do, when I’m downtown.

There was a fly in my salad. I found the dead fly after eating ¼ of it. Do not eat here– not only were they not apologetic, they were upset that I stated this out loud other customers to hear.

Best latte of my life!

I called to see if they would run a piece of cake up to the office building for my best friend’s birthday. They did and for zero delivery charge. Such kind people, can’t wait to use them again!

Walk-​up counter in the Galleria food court. Haven’t tried the baked goods, but the sandwiches are first rate. Their egg salad on rye was wonderful.
