A beautiful evening for Slow Flow Yoga and Restorative yoga. Megan was a very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and nurturing instructor! I love the fact that this location is a repurposed old schoolhouse. There are beautiful galleries below on the first floor, and an amazing yoga studio on the second floor. The vintage old-school feel makes it even more welcoming.

An awesome, down to earth yoga studio with really high quality instruction. I’ve been to yoga classes with a number of different teachers, and to a special workshop. It’s a gorgeous space with plenty of natural light. Also, there’s a parking lot– a necessity for a studio in Little Italy. The pricing is cheaper than any other place I’ve looked at in the area: $ 10/class for 75 min classes, with occasional buy 5 get 1 free deals, and classes don’t expire. They provide mats and other equipment free of charge.

really nice place to do yoga. the space is really nice. it’s in a building where many of the other rooms are artists studios. high ceilings and well lit with huge windows. i went for a vinyasa class i think. the teacher was the owner of the studio as well and it was a small class of 3. she had us do some hanging exercises on their wall/rope thing which was kind of awesome. price is good, flat 10 bucks a class, however they only accept cash. i didn’t bring cash eek! but the owner let me stay for the class anyway. oh, free parking in the lot, which is nice to have since it’s in little italy!

Challenging and interesting classes. Vinyasa, which they do a lot of, is my favorite because the«flow» minimizes the chances of injury and emphasizes form. No matter the instructor I’ve always had an excellent class. Very reasonable rates too.
