Awful. Girls don’t know their responsibilities. They didn’t explain the rules of the property, so they charged me extra money.

I called with a question on my Groupon and the worker who answered the phone was friendly and knowledgeable and offered helpful advice. When I actually went to use one of the three parts of my spray tan Groupon she remembered me from calling. I suppose it is just her job but she was very friendly and thorough in telling me all the necessary instructions and what to expect since it was my first time.
As for the machine itself it was very large which didn’t leave much space in the room to (un)dress or set your clothes. There was no hook and no mirror to see if you positioned the hair net correctly. I’m happy with the job the level 1 did on me (will probably do level 2 next time) but it was slightly a surprising experience. The spray is a mist that fills the entire chamber with unbreathable air — it is a dense fog you cannot see through. A beep noise would be nice to signify when you should turn around and perhaps a fan to suck up the excess mist and clear the air as I feel I ate a bit of it. A towel, hair net and booties were provided. They apparently wash all three as there was one bin to collect them all (not sure how you wash booties).
Other info you might not know: You cant’t get wet for 4 – 6 hours afterwards and in 5 to 7 days it should start to wear off.
This place is located in the strip mall off W Ridgeview Dr just right of Marcs. As an aside, whoever plowed the parking lot did a horrible job — worst I have seen in my running of errands today.
