Here at Today’s Dentistry, we are extremely aware of patient’s apprehension regarding dental work. This is why Dr. Iranpour and his staff handle each and every patient with care and compassion, as though they were a member of our family. The design and soothing colors of our office were especially thought out to evoke feelings of relaxation and serenity. With true spa-like surroundings and other amenities for your comfort, we have reinvented the perception of a «dental office»
History
Established in 2006.
Some of the symptoms of periodontal disease can include swollen, tender gums, bleeding upon brushing and persistent bad breath. In severe cases there may be pus from bacteria in pockets between the teeth and gums. Without proper treatment these conditions weaken the gum tissue and cause it to recede from the teeth. Initial treatment includes a procedure referred to as Root Planning which will remove tarter from the areas underneath gums. This treatment will usually work well enough to decrease gum puffiness which will in turn allow for less tarter accumulation and a slowdown of the disease.
