Owner /​operator Brandon Sitler has been working in the floral business for ten years, and during that time has been involved with many of the cities biggest events. Brandon has shared his floral design abilities to create memorable events for the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Art Museum, Eaton Corporation and many other of Clevelands finest organizations Weddings are also his specailty having done well over 500 in his career. Brandon believes in giving back to the local community by selling unique gift items made by area artists and donating money to the Cleveland Foodbank for any reusable container that is brought into Urban Orchid.

The owner is a hard working and creative individual. We got the perfect arrangements at a respectable price. The arrangements were non-​traditional and he still pulled it off. He even let us pick them up on a day that his shop was normally closed. If you need creative and beautiful flower arrangements then this is your place. He’s a true professional.

I wanted to send a special sympathy arrangement for a family funeral back home in Cleveland. I really wish I could have been there but was working on the West Coast.
I wanted LIVE plants/​flowers so the family could enjoy them and also wanted something unique and special to reflect the deceased. I called and referenced a photo I found on their website and asked them to get as close as they could to that photo and I gave them a budget to work with. They nailed it and better. Delivery was on time, payment was over the phone, no worries or hassles.
I received several messages from the family who took the time to tell me that the arrangement was stunning. My sister in law happily volunteered to take it home to care for it. I would recommend them for anything!

This upscale florist and gift boutique steals the show in Hingetown. Everything is sourced locally, from both the flowers to the artwork on the walls. Let’s be real for a second– having an excellent florist of this nature in an urban environment is a true treasure. If I could give it more 5+ stars, I would. I can’t imagine how we ever got along before it.
Urban Orchid has knocked it out of the park at every wedding i’ve been to in Cleveland. Also, as someone who buys myself flowers regularly, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. The flowers i’ve purchased from this store have lasted me longer than any other florist, and are true top quality. I’m always impressed with their diverse selection, and how impeccably arranged the store is. Its clear the owners take pride in their craft. Urban Orchid is basically a visual feast, so make sure you stop and take it all in!

I used Urban Orchid this past summer for my wedding and was really happy with the results. I had to plan my wedding long distance, so I actually never got to meet Brandon or Tiffany. Everything was done over email or phone, and in all instances they were both quick to respond and professional. All I did was tell them which types of flowers I wanted to have, sent over a few pictures of other bouquets I’d seen around the internet and liked, and they were able to work within my budget. The bouquets turned out beautifully (I only used flowers in my bouquets, but I’m confident had I also ordered centerpieces and boutonnieres they would have been lovely) and coordinated so well with my wedding dress and bridesmaids. They had several other weddings the same day as mine, but they were still able to change my delivery location and time at the last minute. I highly recommend!

We worked with Brandon for our wedding flowers. I’ve been going to Urban Orchid for the random bouquet or gift, but wedding flowers are an even bigger deal! Brandon worked with us and gave us, what I thought was a well priced option that included really unique and personalized options. The end result was really stunning and I couldn’t have imagined anyone else doing a better job. We were readily impressed at his ability to work with us — we dropped off boxes of stuff and he happily turned them into creative centerpieces.
Honestly, this is an AMAZING wedding flower option, but not just that, they’re great for the random bouquet which I still plan on sourcing from them!

I ordered an arrangement over the phone from many miles away without any real idea of what I was looking for. The woman that assisted me was extremely helpful and kind. I gave her some loose directions and she helped me to complete the vision. The arrangement was beautiful and arrived promptly at my friend’s home at the promised time. I was very happy with the service and will definitely use again if needed!

This is the first time I’ve tried Urban Orchid (UO). I’m normally a
customer, because I assumed the price couldn’t be beat. I also like being able to see all the options pictured online. Unfortunately my last online flower purchase didn’t resemble the picture so I was searching for a new shop.
I was having trouble getting in to UO when they were open, so I emailed them. I wasn’t sure if they would do business via email, but I emailed them on a Sunday when they are closed and I got a nice reply before 11am Monday.
UO explained to me that their arrangements start at $ 35 and that their delivery is $ 12.99 (though I don’t know the mileage range). UO said their standard size arrangements are $ 50 – 75. UO also asked me some good questions to start off the planning process for my flower arrangement needs and really picked up on the details of the email request I had sent them (e.g., dimensions of table I would put flower on).
I was happy to find out the entire transaction could be completed via email, even pre-​payment.
I told them via email when I would pick up the arrangement. I arrived just at that time to find it already ready for me. They put it in a box and I was out the door in 5 minutes.
One final comparison to
. I had sent a picture to UO of what I had purchased last off of
and they told me they would have charged $ 40 for that — the same price
charged.
I’ve uploaded a photo of my purchase. I’m really really happy with it and so was the person who I gave it to. It was bold, full, and just gorgeous.

I was not familiar with Cleveland area florists but, based on photos I saw on Unilocal,I called Urban Orchid to order flowers to be delivered to my daughter for her birthday. I needed same day delivery and was afraid that I was calling too late. They were very accommodating and helpful. I was extremely happy and impressed with them all the way around. They delivered a gorgeous bouquet that my daughter flipped over! I thought it was fabulous too! A+++

Just wanted to post a (slightly belated) review of Urban Orchid. I got married in October, and working with Tiffany from out of town was fantastic. We met in person about 2 – 3 times over the course of several months, she had me create a Pinterest board with things I liked, and she responded to my emails asking her about everything from centerpiece pots to succulent boutonnieres. The flowers were gorgeous and Urban Orchid was fantastic to work with.

I had to send a birthday arrangement in a hurry. Urban Orchid was amazing! I wanted a quirky –crazy mix of colors for a 86 year old lady who loves color and something Arty– not the constrained standard offered by the internet options. Talk about making someone’s day! Absolutely thrilled with Urban Orchid the: «can-​do» attitude, listening skills and artistic talent.

Even though I am giving 4 stars I would like to start with saying that «Their work is amazing. Your loved ones cannot NOT love their arrangement.»
It was my first time ordering a custom arrangement for a special occasion. I didn’t have clear idea on what kind of arrangement I want but I surely wanted roses in them. I told them about my requirement & situation and he was like ya surely we can make something very beautiful for u. His response was very casual & I was a bit skeptic coz it sounded like he doesn’t care much. But looks like such requests are very common for him & so he was very casual about it.
In short, for 1st timers who wants to impress their loved ones, Urban Orchid wont let you down.
Now why the 4 stars. I just think it was a bit expensive with delivery charges. I wasn’t expecting $ 61 for a small arrangement. I dont have the pic but I can tell u the dimensions. It was 12inches x 10inches along with glass vase.
Ohh ya. I forgot to mention the most imp thing. Their arrangements are unique and different from the standard ones available in local grocery which makes them very likable. I would totally recommend this place.

It doesn’t surprise me that most people have given them 5 stars. I think I’m definitely the outlier.
I previously posted a really long explanation of my experience with them, but decided to shorten it.
I ordered a $ 50 bouquet, and when I picked it up, it was the wrong color and had wilted flowers in it. I didn’t have time for it to be corrected elsewhere.

Hands down without a doubt this is the best place to get flowers from in NEO and the best part is they just opened a second location on the East side!
I love that I can go in on any given day and tell them how much I want to spend and who the flowers are for and they come up with the most amazing beautiful bouquets I have ever seen… EVERY TIME!

Brandon and Tiffany are extremely nice and easy to talk to. We met a few times to discuss my wedding flowers and I loved that my request to keep costs down was not only granted, but I was never made to feel like I was cheap for not wanting to spend $ 1,000’s on this part of my wedding. There is nothing better than working with non-​judgmental people. And the flowers looked like a million bucks!
I gave some pretty vague requests and told Brandon to be creative and have fun with it, but to try to purchase as much locally as possible, and he did!
I wanted my 5 bridesmaids to have 5 different bouquets in color and shape and they were all gorgeous in their own way. All the boutonnieres coordinated perfectly! I really couldn’t have asked for anything more.
I live out of town, so am not able to purchase here regularly, but can tell you that all the arrangements I saw while visiting were lovely. From huge centerpieces to small vases, Urban Orchid does it all and very well!

Today is my 2 year wedding anniversary. I love supporting local CLE companies, so I looked for a local flower shop to deliver flowers to my wife. I called and gave them a budget and told them it was for my anniversary and they ran with it. The flowers were delivered today and my wife loved them. It was a selection of roses, billy balls, and these pretty grass ball things. Though it was a bit pricey, my wife was incredibly happy and that means it was worth it.
Best part about urban orchid was the originality. It def looks different than most online or local floral arrangements. Most places make it look dated and from

AMAZING! I ordered a corsage and boutonnière for my daughter and her boyfriend senior homecoming. I told Brandon over the phone what we wanted and sent him pics via email with ideas we liked… we wanted unique and he delivered! Everyone loved them! Check out the new space – it’s gorgeous!
It’s honestly the space he should have had all along and expect more from this charming business. I can’t wait to come back to scoop up some of the succulents. He also told me why the ones I had before died, which is good to know since I’ll know not to make the same mistake.
While you’re there you should hit up his neighbor for a cup of proper joe. I can’t wait to see this side of Ohio City continue to grow better and better!

The Urban Orchid was able to make this Scrooge get into the holiday spirit.
I stopped by over the weekend to check out this adorable shop in Ohio City and was really wowed by the selection of gifts, wreaths, swag, etc. You could find something for everyone in this shop — they carry everything from baby onesies to jewelry to candles to vintage Christmas ornaments. And the best part is that a lot of these items are made by local artists!
I was able to get some really neat handmade holiday cards as well as a couple vintage ornaments. Everything in the store was so cute, I couldn’t help but want to buy a couple gifts.
The Urban Orchid is definitely a place to check out if you’re looking for unique gifts or a nice floral arrangement. Shop local this holiday season!
