Great local place to hang out. Prices and drinks are just what you need. Many regulars there who are very welcoming

I’m not overly familiar with the Cleveland gay scene(despite living here for a couple years), but in my opinion this is the best bar in town. It’s friendly, not pretentious, and a genuinely fun place to go. I’ve never seen it absolutely packed, but on certain occasions, for example New Year’s Eve, it is busy. Perhaps not as large of a draw during the winter, the patio is a small, intimate outdoor space that management has put a great deal of effort into turning into a comfortable place to hang out. Bottom line, don’t let the neighborhood put you off. Whether you live in Cleveland or are just visiting you should give this bar a try.

Best little gay bar in Cleveland. Andy in his undies on Tuesday nights is hot! Happy hour 5 – 9 with $ 2 domestic beers and $ 2.50 well drinks. Shots, shots, shots shots shots. They’ll make one especially for you. Free pool & hotdogs on Mondays with this crazy woman named Joyce. What a stitch. Same owners last three years. Safe and inviting.

I like Vibe. I have driven past a number of times and always wondered about this place. Last night two of my friends invited me(they know the owner). I loved it! Super cute little bar, and nice patio. There’s a pool table in the front of the bar if you want a game. This isn’t a large space, but I’m assured that even when the place is bumpin’ it is a great location to be. The drinks are great & poured very well. Bartenders were nice as well, which to me, always goes a long way. This is a bar where all people are welcome. You don’t get snarky looks from the patrons when you walk in the door if you’re not their style. I’d visit Vibe again. This little bar is more upscale than the neighborhood demonstrates. The neighborhood has it’s issues so make sure you leave with someone when you walk to your transportation.

I went to this place once when it was called APEX, and I wasn’t a fan whatsoever. It had a major face left recently, a change of names and I must say, I am quite impressed with the turnaround. They added a outdoor area this summer that looks spectacular but now is unusable due to the cold weather that’s upon us. It is a small place, and I never see many people their either. One time recently I went there with 2 friends for a drink and realized we were the only other ones in there along with a former 1 night stand of mine… it made for a very uncomfortable close proximity to him. Can we say awkward? LOL Aside from that, the inside décor has a art deco theme, a plasma tv, decent sound system. and a pool table. It surely isn’t some banging night club to go get your grind on, but a decent place to pregame nonetheless.

So far so good. Hush is the newest GLBT place to open in the Cleveland area, and so far I’ve gotta say that I’m a fan. The bartenders have been more than generous with their pours, the owner is nice and always around the bar. I have enjoyed all the times I’ve been there. The location itself looks great, the interior makes you think you are in a much more upscale place than on the corner of W117 and Lorain.
