Prepared sirloin beef kabobs, ready for the grill? Cha-ching! Yes, I realize how insanely lazy this sounds, but I do enjoy these very much. Plus, after you buy all the ingredients separately you end up paying way more. This way I can buy just what I need and not spend lots of cheddar. Success! The sirloin is lean, but tender – I think it’s the marinade they use, which is also delicious. Not too over-powering, but enough to season the meat and veggies. They also offer more expensive versions of these ‘bobs with fattier cuts of meat and well, pretty much everything else you’d want! One thing recommend for the kabobs: take everything off the sticks and rearrange on the sticks again, separating the meat from the vegetables. That way you can cook everything evenly with the proper times on the grill. Bam. I also noticed that Wiencek’s has a separate poultry stand at The Market, which is just as tasty! We scooped up some pre-marinated chicken breasts that were delish!(Clearly we were having a busy/lazy-coooking week, otherwise I would have made my own marinades.) These are great for quick meals, plus you know their quality cuts and ingredients. If you haven’t tried these guys and you’re looking for quick, easy meat options for the grill, you can’t get better than Wiencek’s!
