History

Established in 2005.

After many years in the restaurant and catering business as a chef, Chef Lauren began Bacco in January of 2005. She wanted to create a company whose focus was beautiful food and fantastic service — her goal is to have people discussing her events days after they are over. Creating memories is what Bacco is all about.

Chef Lauren spent many years in Italy and travelled extensively throughout Europe. Upon returning to the U.S., her goal was to share her love of food and wine with clients that appreciate the importance of sharing a fabulous meal with friends and family. After years as a restaurant chef, she wanted to bring her quality food into the privacy of the home and private event atmosphere. It was then that Bacco was created — through her business, Lauren is able to share her culinary expertise with you and help you to experience the joy that she feels after a great evening with wonderful food and legendary service.
