Rude customer service. Called in an order and the lady answering the phone continued to talk to people at the restaurant and then stated that I was mumbling my order. The pizza is subpar at best so to deal with hassle when ordering just isn’t worth it.

Tried it a few different times… The first time had a hair in my pasta… No big deal I thought. Gave them a second shot and they forgot half our order for delivery! Ok things happen, decided to try them again a few months later. I called and ordered two pasta dinners, penne with Alfredo sauce and chicken and a penne Primavera. This with a side of sausage and two diet sodas came to $ 49… When I questioned the bill they told me chicken was an up charge… got it home and opened it up to find fettuccine Alfredo not penne… four $ 50 at this point I was very upset I called to discuss they told me they could make me a new dish and it would take a half an hour, at the end of a 12 hour day this was obviously not what I wanted to do. I asked if they could just give me a credit of some sort… And the owner got on the phone and was very nasty telling me it is what it is and if I don’t like it don’t come back. I normally would never even post on here but it was such a bad experience if I can stop even one person from spending their money at this place it’s worth it!

I live north in Glens Falls, I find a way to stop at Caputo’s in Clifton Park it’s as good as it gets for Pizza. A wide variety of choices a great deal 2 large slices and a drink for a minimum amount. The service is top notch the Family makes you feel at home. Thank you.

This little place is unassuming on the outside and small inside, but some of the best tasting pizza around. Generous, «foldable» slices — very downstate! Inventive combinations of flavors. I really enjoyed the salad pizza which was a pizza crust with sauce(cooked) and then layered with fresh mozzeralla and topped with a chopped salad and blackened cajun chicken. Served with Italian dressing. It is a cold slice bursting with great tastes — ideal for a hot summer day. Service here is very friendly. There are many different kinds of pizza to choose from and it is a local favorite. My Clifton Park relatives turned me on to this place and well, it may just be worth the 30 minute drive for me!

Quality Italian food at a fair price! I started with the«Butternut Squash and Apple Brisque» soup and would’ve been satisfied if I had to end it there! The Philly Cheesesteak that I ordered as my main meal was a solid choice as well: not overly greasy with a great balance of cheese, steak, and mushrooms/peppers/onions. My pops ordered one of the salad specials and, although pricy, was well worth what we paid for. He was especially happy with the portion size and tastiness of his salad. Someone looking for a quick Italian lunch or dinner can easily get a few slices or a cup of soup with a drink for under $ 10. Dinners are slightly more expensive than that but I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Friendly service at a quick and clean Italian establishment. Definitely give Caputo’s a try!

Only 5 star review I’ve given to this day. That’s saying a lot for a pizza place located at a strip mall in Clifton Park. The pizza is perfect. We got a pizza that was half plain cheese and half white with tomato, broccoli and ricotta. So delicious. It was everything you could want. The plain cheese half had a nice light sauce, bits of fresh basil and I think there was a little parmesan reggiano on it. The white half had fresh veggies, fresh garlic and the ricotta topped it off just right. Can’t wait to go back.

You know you’ve been to a place too many times when the owner/mgr. asks«where you’ve been?» The wife and I come here quite regularly but haven’t been in a few weeks. The wife just loves their pizza. She had the usual 2 slice/soda deal and I tried their Louisiana Chowder(no pic) and Bolognese with Rigatoni… it was outstanding and so much I had to take some home. It reheated great. Will have to hit it up again when they are serving it, recommend it to anyone. Edit: Place continues to impress with their entrees. The latest being a Pork Shank with mushroom risotto was outstanding. Also got the Louisiana Chowder again, another favorite of mine. Don’t be afraid to venture from the pizza, although good in itself, their entrees are very good.

The worst pizza we’ve ever had… shrimp scampi delivered to the hotel where we were staying while visiting a family member in rehab. We were tired after a long day thought perfect… delivered to our suite what could be better… as it turned out anything! It appeared chopped shrimp were mixed in some buttery sauce or Italian dressing then thrown on the crust that was it. The stuff dripped off each slice… it was most unappetizing & quite unbelievable that any pizzeria would let something like this leave their premises. I opted for some cheese & crackers we had my husband tried hard but finally he gave up as well… too awful even for a guy who will eat most anything… never again! Put off any pizza for a few weeks.

first time trying the food, got a Grilled Chicken Sub tonight. It was a little small in the establishment but it was worth it! The customer service was great. And the Sub was too. This made my nipples very hard.

Just discovered this place and I LOVED it. The thin crust pizza is out of this world and you can try just about any of the varieties as a slice. I’d take a picture but we devoured it too quickly, lol! We tried the Chicken Fra Diavolo and the Veggie. So good. The crust was perfect, the toppings were perfect. Seriously. Go there.

The third time is apparently the charm — we finally found good pizza near our house. The cheese isn’t too greasy or stringy, the toppings don’t fall off when you take a bite, and the crust is thin and crispy, not doughy and floppy. The wings were fine, although if what we got was«medium,» I can’t imagine that mild wings have any flavor at all. The Cesear salad was also good. Minus one star because: 1. There’s only one size of chicken wings, and we don’t need 12 for two people, and 2. The online menu did not indicate that our pizza would come without tomato sauce(I still can’t figure out why anyone would even MAKE pizza without tomato sauce, but if you must, at least tell me so I know to order something else). It was still good, but it could’ve been much better.

I love their spinach rolls, they use a ton of spinach and garlic making the flavor amazing. They always have a selection of specialty pizzas as well and the atmosphere is nice. I’m so glad I found this place and will return!

Pizza is both artistically creative and delicious… Would like to give more stars but the lady in charge was abrupt and a little nasty to guests and her employee. If she got some training in customer relations it would really help the overall experience.

One of the best Italian food around. The pizzas are not too greasy and are deliciously authentic. The restaurant has great italian food which gets overlooked by the ‘pizzeria’ name. I think people might be missing out on the great italian food this restaurant serves simply because they think its a regular pizzeria. Their menu is large. Most peope should plan to finish just half of their meal and get the rest packed as serving sizes are huge. I’ll recommend their chicken pizza and the vegetarian caputo pizza. The Caputo pizza is the best pizza they have and one should definitely try it.

Aaaaand back down. Caputo’s had a decent run with us, but that just ended hard. Why is it nobody can do consistent pizza delivery in Clifton Park? This time they delivered us pizza rolls(2 were ordered) with a ton of raw dough on the inside, like 2/3’s uncooked. I called to complain. The lady told me to put them in the oven at home. If I wanted to turn on the farking oven I wouldn’t have order pizza lady. Fail. Plus we had already cut them in half so the cheese went everywhere. Ugh. EDIT: 20 minutes later the pizza rolls still weren’t cooked. I think some ham fisted half wit moron made them too thick on the bottom so thy will pretty much never cook. I called back, upset. Caputo’s solution was to credit me only for the pizza rolls, and it’s only store credit. I am not sure I’ll ever even use it. Food– 3 Stars Pizza and other products, when cooked, are good. The do still wish the dough was thinner on the round pies. Ingredients are solid. Service– 1 Star See above whining. Atmosphere– 3 Stars Nice little pizza place in a strip mall. Value– 3 Stars About where it belongs.

Caputo’s Pizzeria did not disappoint! I decided to stop in at their Halfmoon(Clifton Park) location for dinner takeout since I had a BOGO coupon(up to $ 10 off) for 2 dinners to use up. The menu offerings here are the same as their first location in Saratoga Springs(Wilton) including thin crust & Sicilian pizzas(whole or slices), calzones, rolls, salads, Italian dinners, appetizers, heroes, and wraps. They also feature J & S Watkins desserts, which is also conveniently located in the same plaza. There’s also table seating in the cozy dining area to enjoy your meal. For takeout, I ordered 2 dinner entrees(served with side salads) including Penne Alla Vodka($ 11.99) and Spaghetti Alla Carbonara($ 11.99) and then took off the $ 10(discount), with a total of just under $ 15 with tax for two dinners. The food took about 25 minutes to be ready and I did some grocery shopping at Aldi next door while waiting. After having great experiences of ordering takeout dinners at the other location, the dinner entrees served in round foil containers were heavy and the portions were very generous. The food was still very hot as I arrived back at the ranch 25 minutes later. Both entrees were very filling and very rich, pasta cooked just right for both. The penne alla vodka had penne, prosciutto, onions, tomatoes, vodka, and cream. The spaghetti alla carbonara had heavy cream, butter, prosciutto, onion, parmesan & romano cheese tossed with spaghetti. I also enjoy this dish with peas too. The salads were standard with fresh greens, romaine, tomatoes, black olives, & carrots, dressing on the side. This was another great experience at Caputo’s Pizzeria for me. I had enough rich pasta dishes for three more days of dinners.
