My nonprofit has our website hosted by this company utilizing their shared hosting services. You get what you pay for. 70% of the time my website is down. When you email for support, 100% of the time they say they can access the website just fine. I have friends try it and the website is down. When you try to respond to the email support that says the website is up there is a little box for responses. But when you enter your text into the box and press send 100% of the time it does not send it… nothing happens. So I call and wait and wait and wait. After 5 minutes tonight the message comes on that says«Due to high call volume we are unable to take your call please try again another time». Other times I’ve been on hold for over 15 minutes. We had prepaid for one year of service but I’m SOOOOO damn frustrated I’m going to switch service anyway.
