I’m an African American women and decided to try out electrolysis and after my first treatment my skin seems fine! I’ll be sure to update you after 6 months to see how things are going but Debbie was kind, professional and knowledgeable. I won’t lie this is painful but the end result should be worth it! The spa was very cute and clean too!

It was okay I guess, unrushed but I was not impressed. Very light pressure considering I described deep knots in my back. …and thanks for letting me know 95% of you customers are beautiful women, I’m glad I could make us both uncomfortable right before the massage. …thanks bro

I’d been going to Debbie (now at The Spa at Chelsea Park) for about 4 years. During that time, I moved between Berkshires, Saratoga, Albany, and Schenectady. I ended up staying with Debbie when she moved The Spa at Chelsea Park — despite how far away I lived at times. I’ve had both electrolysis and laser treatments from her and she has always been so professional, helpful, and just down-​right nice. I’ve since moved from the area and have been trying to find a new technician. The more people I see, the more I miss The Spa at Chelsea Park and Debbie’s professionalism and services. They do run deals and promotions there if you’re on the e-​mail distribution list and periodically through Groupon, but even at full price — they are worth every penny. When you schedule, definitely ask for Debbie as she’s the best in the business I’ve found so far!

Denise, a hair removal specialist, has been fantastic. She’s a true professional. The setting is calming and discreet. No one tried to up sell me products I don’t need. Look, there’s nothing particularly fun about these procedures, but if you’re hirsute, go. I have not tried a massage or any other spa services in the Spa at Chelsea Park, but Denise’s abilities make me confident everything else should be great. There were dudes there who seemed like regulars and they were perfectly at ease.
