This guy is a piece of crap. I had a friend that works there and he treats his workers like $#!+. Food is crap but crap tastes good when you’re drunk.

Don’t waste your time with these liars. You wouldn’t believe my story so I’m not even gonna bother. These owners suck. Point blank. Bad service bad reputation. Food actually not bad that’s how honest this post is. They just flat out lie. Stay away!

Pizza isn’t great but I can’t really complain because it’s the only spot open until 3am. The pricing I guess reflects the fact that they are the only spot open until that time. «Beggers can’t be choosers» mentality. They also deliver. The staff sucks at customer service. The one guy that usually runs the register always looks so miserable and bothered by the presence of human beings. So order your sub-par slice of pizza and don’t expect a smile with your«THANKYOU» and you’ll be fine. I can’t speak on anything other than the pizza.

I’ve ordered from them multiple times during the day and night and I can say there food is OK but every time I have to reheat the pie and they never send celery sticks or carrots to go with there wings… and I asked them specifically to send them. I’m writing this review because I’ve given this place more than one chance to get there ish together… DON’T SAYYOUDELIVERANDTHENPUT A RESTRICTIONONDELIVERY, YOUDELIVERHEREDURINGTHEDAYBUTNOTATNIGHT… really c’mon…you might have OK food but your business practices are horrible. and your staff is rude.

Yes. Let’s knock on the window at midnight and wake the wrong apartment up when the instructions say to call… And twice. Good job guys! The buffalo wings were inedible. Not even my dog bothered me when they were out. Ugh. Dominos is gourmet compared to this junk.

First off anyone complaining about this pizza is crazy. First off lets talk about convenience… Route 3 pizza delivers pretty much anywhere in bergen, essex or hudson county and they are open till about 2AM!!! Now lets talk about the food. Is it the best no however but its quite tasty. Not mention their kitchen makes just about anything you want which is better then most diners in the area. Now name another place that does this then we can compare… Otherwise Shut ___Up!!! Definitely recommend!!! Especially when its after 10PM and nothing else delivers because we live in Jersey where nobody eats after 10PM.

Do not order from here, the place is a joke. This is not my typical pizza shop, but when the craving hit last night they were one of the few still open. I wish I didn’t make my call to save me and my neighbors the hassle. THEDELIVERYDRIVERSHOWEDUPDRUNK! Piss ******* drunk. Stumbling, hiccups, aggressive attitude. He began yelling and become confrontational. All the commotion even woke my neighbors up. I could write a lot more about what the driver did and said, but I think that captures it in a nutshell. To make matters worse I call the store after I finally got away to file a complaint and the answer I get was bland and generic. I was told that the driver is not their typical one and it won’t happen again. I don’t own a restaurant, but I’d imagine if a customer ever called me saying my driver was drunk I would take a lot of concern over it. Ignore the delivery customer’s experience for just a moment, and focus on the fact that this guy who is representing your company is driving around town putting everyone in danger. I wish there is more I could do. That driver should not be on the road!

This pizzeria is a hidden gem and by hidden gem I mean the pizza tastes like grundel. The main dude at night had the personality of an egg plant parm, not to mention he looks like an over cooked eggplant parm. The pizza shouldn’t be called pizza, it tastes like DD next door gave them left over donuts and they put frozen cheese on it and served it for THREEDOLLARS!!!

I never write reviews but had to get this off my chest. The guy that runs this place is an absolute animal. A rude, lying, mentally distraught snake. I ordered pick up and upon arrival he would not give me the food. As I argued with him that I drove a half hr to pick it up he called the cops on me and turned off the lights! The guy has some screws loose and needs some sense smacked into him. Avoid this place at all costs, but if you don’t be sure to hammer punch that Looney terrorist in the ear for me. Thanks

Local employee… Called to order a pie, was told it would be free and would arrive«when we get a chance». Kind of them, I thought. So I wait… 3 hours… No delivery. Was on the fence about calling since they were kind enough to offer the food for free… Politely called and asked about the status, was told it MAY come«if someone near you orders». Needless to say it never arrived. While I appreciate the gesture, I will never order from this place again. I’ll make sure to share my experience with the guests that frequent my place of employment.

I have a service/food industry background. Eight years worth. I NEVER review places because I understand the difficulties of the field. I just had such a bad experience with this place that I created an account because I felt that strongly that people had to know what happened. Ordered from here under their $ 15 minimum delivery. Ordered wings to offset the $ 15. Turns out I was $ 1.50 under fifteen bucks(something they forgot to mention) and the wings were a $ 9 charge. I’m not saying that I’m short on cash, but this is shady business practice. Once the food came(over an hour later and it was missing items I ordered) the short explanation is this: if you tasted Pizza Hut/Domino’s next to it, you’d think Pizza Hut/Domino’s was delivered straight from Naples. I call 3 West to explain to them that part of my order was missing. They asked me «what the complaint was» and told me to «call back in five minutes because they were busy» and hung up. With the plethora of options available to you in the area, you’d be an idiot to order from this place. There’s garbage bins from respectable Italian food joints in the area with better food than what this guy’s overpricing to your doorstep.

The pizza was good. It wasn’t to thick or too thin. We ordered fries and onion rings as well. French fries were your typical fries but onion rings were amazing! They were nice and crunchy. This place is open til 3am and they deliver til 3am, which you really don’t see around here.

Plain pizza slice was dry, over cooked and tasted like the dough was stored near an ammonia bottle. The specialty slices were expensive and had probably sat all afternoon. I will never go back there and neither should you. They are open late, their only plus. Romeos pizza or Anthony’s coal brick oven would be much safer choices.

Quite possibly the worst pizza in the world on a consistent basis. To top it all off, the gourmet slices are $ 4. The only saving grace is the location and late night opening. I’ve seen complaints about bland crust in reviews about other pizzerias. If those Unilocalers try this pizza, they will truly know what bland pizza tastes like. Also, if you’re unfortunate enough to have the munchies coming home from Hoboken, JC or NYC and didn’t grab anything before you left, you’ll have to suffer from pizza that tastes like it was made when they opened up in the morning. Even the toppings are dried out. Buffalo chicken — sliced chicken cutlet, buffalo sauce, and bleu cheese? No problem! Dried out. Cheesesteak — steak, cheese, pepper? Nothing they can’t manage to dry out. I’m going to ask them if I can drop off a piece of spiced brisket in the morning. When I pick it up at the end of the day, I’ll probably have the best beef jerky ever!

The pizza is standard at best. If anything hot sauce makes everything better. The main guy thats always there at nite is a rude dude. Doesn’t acknowledge you at all. I was asking him the difference between 2 types of pizzas & he replied like a freaking cave man. The only thing keeping this place open is its location & that its open late as heck. Dont expect the best pizza & dont expect ANY type of customer service.

This isn’t Lombardi’s Pizza in Little Italy… New York, NY. It is ! When food is a matter of convenience, one has make a decision. If you are soul searching to have an awe-inspiring encounter with a pizza, you won’t find it here, but to the traveler who is on the go, it hits the spot!

I pass this place alllll the time and never thought twice about going there. Until the other night. We were on our way back from Hoboken and were hungry. Decided to stop in and get a couple slices. They were very good. I got plain and white pie. Both were delicious. Would go back again. I have been looking for good pizza in the area for a while and finally found this place and Brunos within the same week. Figures. Service was a little meh, but it was late so I will let it slide. Would go again, would recomend, dont let the location/appearances fool you.
