A&M Spa And Nail

I did not like this place at all. I went in for a gel mani & she filed my nails down so much that they were super flimsy. I had air bubbles underneath the gel. Never again.

This is my go to place for pedi and manicures, I love the way they come out and most of all I love how many nails stay in tact for 2 – 3 weeks. Really affordable prices and the girls never make you feel awkward or uncomfortable.

I loved the service. Made an appointment and got attended right away. Got a gel manicure lasted me 3 weeks with no chips. Defiantly will be going back!

I was looking for a gel manicure and pedicure– close to my home. After reading the reviews I called & made an appointment– the place is extremely clean and the staff very welcoming & Friendly! This will be my nail salon from now on!

I honestly wish I could give this place a lower rating. I called on a Wednesday and asked if they had time to do a gel nail fill in. They said come in an hour, fine. I get there and say I called earlier and then repeated I needed a gel fill in and gel color… an hour goes by and finally the girl asks if I’ve picked my color and she calls me over. I go to sit at one of the nail desks and she’s like oh you’re not getting a pedicure? I said no and I had to sit back down in the waiting area… another 15 minutes goes by and finally I get called over to an open nail desk and I put my hands up and the girl looks at my nails and goes oh you have gel nails! I thought you wanted a gel manicure. Like I’m furious at this point but I think OK this place has good reviews, maybe it’s an off day. So this girl files off my color and preps me for a fill and then I’m told to go wait AGAIN. The next woman who says she’s ready to do my nails, when I sit down also exclaims oh you have gel nails. Umm yeah I’ve told everyone that. She scrambles furiously to find gel supplies and honestly looked and acted like she had never done it before. She kept asking the girl next to her stupid questions like if my nails were clear or pink. Well needless to say half my nails were stuck to my cuticles and done horribly. Even the gel polish is flaking off. The best part after this 3 hour ordeal was over they wouldn’t give me the before 5 discount even though I was there at 4. My favorite part though was watching two of the girls in the back talk loudly on speakerphone with one of their friends. They were laughing and screaming like high school girls. One of them was actually giving a woman a pedicure and that poor woman looked mortified. Finally when they got off the phone a minute later a girl walks in and starts talking and giggling with them while this poor woman just trying to get a pedicure is ignored. PLEASE NEVER GO HERE

I used to travel so far to get my nails done but that place had very bad customer service. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The staff is good and improving. I have made this my definite location for pampering.

I was there for the first time on Saturday, arrived at 12:30pm and left at 3:30pm for a gel
manicure!!! There was 1 person ahead of me, then others came and went. Also, I told
Lily I wanted my nails cut and she did not do that. Also, when I called I was told the price was $ 35.00. They charged me $ 45.00 and only put 1 coat of gel polish on If I hold my hands up to the light you can see through them. Was not thrilled.

Very pleasantly surprised by my great experience at A&M Nails. My usual nail salon was closed so I «yelped» it to find a nail salon local to my house. A&M came up so I decided to give it a try… so glad I did! It does not look fancy from the outside; it is on the small side but it looks new and clean, which is a must! Plenty of parking on the street. They offered me coffee, tea, water, etc which was a nice touch. Very nice, new massage chairs at the pedi station. I had a regular mani/​pedi by Cecelia and it was great. She did an awesome job taking her time and was very meticulous about how my nails looked. My regular manicure lasted almost a week which NEVER ever happens. I spoke to the owner who schooled me on their gel manicure services, which I might try the next time I go. Everyone there was super sweet and accommodating… it’s now my go-​to nail salon!

I love this place since their grand opening I’ve been going there … They are very clean & neat, they have great service & a lots collection of color and design

This place is so beautiful and inviting. The quality of gel used is top notch. The large color polish selection will take you forever to decide because the colors are gorgeous. The staff and owner are very sweet. My go to place!!!

The place is clean and the workers are very pleasant. They do an OK manicure and pedicure job. They don’t do a very through job with the pedicure – mines took less than 10 minutes. The funny part there was hardly any customers. Also, they don’t have a big selection of nail polish colors.
If you need a quick stop, this is the place to go.

Very friendly owner and employee and great service! They also had a good collection of gel nail polish. Also showed a picture of how I wanted my gel nails done with design and she did a good job! Good price too!

I made the mistake by trying this place due to its grand opening and 5 star ratings. Please don’t be fooled. this was THE worst experience I have ever had. I arrived at the salon around 2:30−3 pm and didn’t leave until 5pm. The service was horrible and non client focused. My pedicure was interrupted numerous times, and stated with the owner and ended with a technician. I also wanted a simple gel manicure with a sparkle accent nail. For some reason this wasn’t comprehended by the «manicurist» and she tried several times over and over until I finally told her to put the solid color on my nail so I could leave. She was giving me an attitude and didn’t seem to care about what I wanted MY nails to look like. The owner seemed apologetic however, the woman who was getting a gel mani seemed to have a similar issue with the other technician. Very rude be very disappointed. Don’t waste your time!

Well first all I can say is if you haven’t been to A&M your missing out! This is the new nail spa of Clifton! They have amazing customer service and the treat everyone so nice! They have a large variety of colors and designs. They don’t let you leave until your 100% satisfied. Go to A&M you won’t be disappointed!
