As Certified Professional Home Inspectors, we have the knowledge and expertise to provide you with a thorough and professional, non-​intrusive, visual inspection of your home, from roof to foundation.

Outside the home, we will check the exterior walls, roof, driveway, deck, etc., then we will move inside to examine the walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and windows. The heating, air-​conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems will all be examined to ensure that they function as intended. Bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms receive a thorough check, along with the attic and basement or crawl space.

Business Owner

I’m Brian A. Conroy, P.E. Owner /​Inspector of BAC Consulting Group, LLC. I am a highly experienced NJ State Licensed Professional Engineer /​NJ State Licensed Home Inspector with over 13 year of experience.

I have obtained my Bachlores Degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Fairleigh Dickenson University with additional education from Inspection 21 Home Inspection Institute. My education gives me exceptional knowledge in how homes are built and through experience I have aquired solid inspection techniques required to properly inspect a home. My reporting system provides my customers with detailed information about the home.
