They closed the two closest branches to my house. Now I have to drive twenty minutes to wait in line for a teller and waste another twenty minutes. The parking is horrendous. When they closed my local branch Citi promised ATMs in convenience stores at which I could make a deposit, but they still don’t have them. And no, I don’t have direct deposit available, so just imagine this headache. I’ve kept the account open, but I’m mostly banking at Chase now. Branch locations are important to me.

The tellers are usually very nice and courteous but since it’s a rare Citibank full service branch in here and very far and few between in northern NJ, Saturday morning lines are enormous! And there is virtually NO FLOW CONTROL! I’ve been here waiting for service for 45 mins now!
