It’s a Dunkin Donuts so how hard is it to at least get the order right. I don’t respect a business were a manager blames her mistake on the trainee.
When I ask you about my order and you say yes don’t tell me you didn’t hear me when I drive back because you screwed it up. If you can’t hear me then ask me to repeat. Then after you screw up don’t tell me your giving me a large for free when that’s what I paid for. I got every excuse in the book on why she screwed up. It wasn’t the first time they got my order wrong it was just the first time I was annoyed enough to back.

Large DD located on the back side of the Stryertown strip mall. Easy parking. Has Baskin Robbins as well. This is a large space without loud music or TV and would be a great place to bring computer to do some work. Free wifi. Has ATM machine jnside.

I strictly come here out of convenience. Although most of the staff is very friendly, they tend to not pay attention and sometimes make the order wrong which just leads to more of an inconvenience. As for the food the donuts are normally stale. So if your looking for a fine dining experience don’t come here.
