Istikbal Furniture

My family has been shopping at this place for years and I just wanted to put in a good word for them.
The guys at Istikbal are nice salesmen who know what they are talking about when it comes to their beds. The prices are very competitive also! They have also expanded their warehouse, so they have a larger inventory of classic and modern furniture to be displayed. Delivery is also pretty fast — delivered usually in the same week!
If you are looking for any kind of furniture, rug, window blinds, I would highly recommend Istikbal as an option when shopping around — it is a tried and true vendor that has served our family for years when it comes to shopping for new bedroom furniture.

The male «bosses» in the back have such a negative attitude.
So rude to customers.
They are so ignorant. It was amazing to see.
Clearly they are still in business because their garbage sofas are so cheap.
After seeing the way they speak to their customers. I would never buy there.
If u really like 1 of their sofas. Go to another local furniture shop and order it for cheaper.

The furniture quality there is ok, not great. The customer service is very poor.
I ordered a sofa bed back in July and it was recently delivered to me in California. The delivery estimates were properly communicated and agreed upon.
The sofa was delivered to me unassembled in two pieces. I inspected the boxes and found no packaging damage. Later the same day, when assembling, I noticed that one wooden piece of the furniture is scratched. The manufacturer’s defect was communicated to the company. They acknowledged the defect and informed me that I would have to pay for shipping of the replacement part $ 120 (and it would take 8 – 12 weeks to deliver). This is unacceptable for a company that stands behind the quality of the products they sell. Maybe the company needs to learn from Amazon, who is in most part not even a manufacturer, but a resale company. What a difference! Read other reviews of the company before buying from them (all one star reviews as of today).
Will I buy from this company again? Not with this service.
For now, I will let my credit card company work with them.
