I went to Dr. Maroules in Feb. 2002 after my family Dr. was questioning my blood test results (very high white cells count — 17 000). Dr. Maroules did several blood tests and on the end call me and my wife to his office to tell me: «you have Leukemia CLL and about 10 yrs to live — I’m sorry I have to go to see other patients «. My reply was: «Dr. I have some questions». He more less said: «sorry I have to go see other patients»! Needles to say I look for new blood cancer specialist and never went back to Dr. Maroules…
Eleven+ yrs later I’m still here and my leukemia is manageable !!!
