Mr. Bilal serves as President and Manager of the Company. His chief responsibilities include the oversight of the Company’s Strategic Planning and Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Fundraising functions. Mr. Bilal’s expertise is derived from over 12 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. He has raised and managed over 4.5 million dollars in private funds over the past five years. Mr. Bilal is an avid investor and a long term holder of multiple investment properties. He is also a licensed realtor.
