Extremely thorough. Had Lasix with them about 6 years ago. Best decision ever, but they wouldn’t let me have the surgery unless I was evaluated for two weeks prior & wanted to be sure I was a good candidate.

This optical shop has two of the most unprofessional and incompetent opticians I have ever met. I went to them for frames for my 8 month old baby, they told me they had 30 years of experience in this business, but really had no clue about children’s glasses. The frames they gave me were the wrong fit and size for my baby, they never properly measured him, didn’t order the straps when they said they would, and when I questioned them, they accused me of «harassing» them and said I had a lot to learn. They never apologized and made my first experience with glasses for my baby a complete nightmare. I would never recommend these opticians to anyone, and I am surprised they are still in business with their bad attitude and complete lack of customer service. I was lucky enough to find a better optician who gave us the perfect frame for my baby and provided us with great, professional service.
