History

Established in 1971.

Around Christmas season in 1971, about 2 years after founder and now president, Thomas Sansone Sr. graduated High School, he found himself along with his friend Ray looking to make some extra money. Tom, then a telephone man and Ray working for a local alarm company decided to try and install alarms on the side. Their first customer was a local bar and when asked who payment should be made out to, they replied «T & R Alarms», (Tom and Ray). That was their first check for $ 150.00. Now over 35 years later, Ray has since moved on, but T&R has grown significantly, now employing over 50 individuals.

From the beginning, T&R has maintained itself as an excellent service company. Booking over 8 million dollars yearly and protecting thousands of homes, businesses, schools, prisons, and hospitals. Over 500 employees have gone through the ranks, many of which now operate their own alarm or electrical contracting businesses.
