This place is really bad. The food is very bland and of poor quality. I ordered delivery from here tonight based on the high 5 star Unilocal rating. Judging from the quality of the food that we were given, I think that the majority of these reviews must be fake and part of some marketing scheme.

Flavorful food from appetizers down to the desserts. Excellent service. Overall — quite wonderful! Kitchen Grill is a great(and very much needed) addition to the neighborhood!

High quality Indian food! Tasty food and great service. Had their Lamb Vindaloo which was delicious! And Sag Paneer was also a great choice. Rice pudding on the house was the prefect end

I ordered delivery from here online and when they found out that a website error had caused the order to go missing from their side of the system, they made every effort to apologize and get my food to me ASAP. The food arrived 20 minutes after my order and they even called back in between to confirm. Great service and really good food. The Goan Shrimp did a good job balancing the sweetness of the coconut milk and the kebabs were on point. All in all, a good experience that could have easily been very poor.

A nice Surprise in a very small place. Good food at a great price. Very welcoming staff, eager to make a lasting impression. Nan was delicious, warm and fluffy. Shared two appetizers and two entrees plus a few sauces on the house.

Stopped in with a group of six last night for dinner. We were quickly seated and offered drinks– FYI it’s BYOB here. I’ll be honest I’ve only had Indian food a handful of times in my life but the food last night made me want to start eating it regularly! We ordered the chicken tikka masala, the bollywood vegetable, aloo nan, garlic nan, and the lamb rogan josh. Everyone at my table enjoyed the food immensely. The only complaint I heard was wishing a dish was a bit spicier. The restaurant is dimly lit– they probably could do with a few more candles but it would be a nice place for date night. What I liked the most about dining here was the service provided by our waiter Zahir who was very friendly and attentive. Thanks for a great dining experience!

My wife and I love Indian food and are relatively new to the area and were anxious to try in or neighborhood. Indian Kitchen Grill has fantastic food, friendly and attentive staff, and great prices. I had the Lamb Saag, which is my go to dish at any new Indian place I try and it did not let me down! Great flavor and great spice. My wife got the Lamb Tikka and really enjoyed her meal as well. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is after trying each others food, I noticed the Lamb Tikka was prepared a little differently then I’ve had in most places. It was way sweeter and also more brown than most. Since we were expecting something else I felt it could have been represented a little better(maybe just that it is from a different region or something) Other than that, it was fantastic, we will be going back again!

DELICIOUS fresh Indian food! And the service is fantastic. We had a wonderful server who was attentive without being overbearing. He definitely helped make the whole dining experience excellent! We were served complimentary pappadum as we were perusing the menu, and then shared the veggie samosas as an appetizer. I got the vegetable korma as my entrée, my brother got the chicken vindaloo, and we shared the garlic naan. Perfect serving size, delicious basmati rice to share, and overall very fresh and delicious. My korma had the perfect amount of spice, and my brother seemed to enjoy his chicken dish, too. The kitchen gave us complimentary rice pudding for dessert, and I ate both mine and my brother’s. It was the perfect end to the meal! Definitely would come back if I’m ever in the neighborhood. The shrimp biryani is next on my list.

Kitchen Grill is a very welcome addition to the neighborhood. This review is based on only our first visit, but we will certainly return, and probably quite often at that. The service is fast, friendly and attentive. The food is quite good; flavorful without being overly oily. Give this place a try, you won’t be sorry.

Incredibly friend staff. Very attentive. Gave complimentary papadum! I got channa masala and it was good and spicy.(I prefer spicy to other creamier channas.) Naan was fresh and warm. I got a manga lassi to go, too, which was a perfect dessert to the meal. Highly recommend! Definitely recommend dining in, as well.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this spot after searching for a quick dinner before a night out with friends. I have to say this place was a great start to our night! The ambiance is warm and inviting, the waitstaff and service was impeccable, and the food was fresh and delicious! Between the two of us, we had the Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Vindaloo and Garlic naan. Everything came out in a timely fashion, served hot. My boyfriend also had the mango lassi which was very tasty. This place is a gem and we will definitely be back!

New to the neighborhood and quickly becoming a favorite. Came after watching a flick covering Indian cuisine, so had high expectations. I was not disappointed. In fact, my entire group of 7 walked away full and completely satisfied. Had the Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Saag, an appetizer new to me and a garlic naan. It seemed that every dish transported me back to my living room, where I watched my film. The food was tremendous, but the attention and warmth provided by the staff is what truly separates Kitchen Grill Indian Restaurant from its competitors. I enjoyed my experience and I know you will too. Make sure to have some rice pudding before making your way into the cold cold January weather.

Indian Food is amazing(BYOB). Perfect level of spice for your needs. Just opened and they offer free appetizers and rice on the house. The soup was amazing, the lamb entrée was superb. We got free rice pudding on the house. I mean, if you judge a restaurant on price, service and food they hit on every category and with ease. I would say this is the best Indian restaurant in the city and its not close. Wonderful, wonderful place. I recommend this to anyone from everywhere. Oh and the dessert(rice pudding) was flawless.

Friendly new spot right by the C station. Generous portions, very friendly staff, reasonably priced dinner prix fixe. Try the aloo papri appetizer. It was a bit disorienting(it’s served cold) but quite tasty.

Delicious, reliable, and friendly. We have had delivery, picked up, and eaten in, and all experiences are delightful. Finally, great Indian food in the neighborhood! The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated and very spacious — good for groups. Prices are reasonable. I recommend: veggie pekora, lamb curry, samosas(obvs). — More recommendations tk as I eat more of the menu ;)

A lovely, little space and a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. We were excited to test out the new place and ate in. The service was friendly and attentive and the food arrived fast. Oh, the flavors! Each dish tasted absolutely fresh and delicious. From mild dishes through hot dishes everything was well seasoned, but not just bludgeoning your tongue with spices as some Indian places do as a stand-in for quality. A dish ordered spicy was pleasantly spicy while still being flavorful(and I love hot food, but when something just tastes like«spicy» with no other discernable flavor that’s just boring). A special nod goes to something sort of unassuming: the onions, mint, and tamarind were all really stealler. They all tasted so fresh as though they were made to order for us. I’ll be going back often(and probably ordering take-away just as often). Absolutely love Indian food and very glad to have a place of this caliber so close. Welcome to the neighborhood!

When you enter you will be greeted by Zahir who has the best teeth and smile I’ve seen in awhile. His smile is so welcoming you’d believe he’s welcoming you to his dinner table. Very warm and patient. The table has lovely fresh flowers which adds a touch of class and personality. We ordered our food and to my surprise they gave us a few items on the house to try. Our entrée came out smelling delicious, the Nan was warm with fresh pieces of garlic on it. The curry tastes absolutely amazing, the rice was cooked to perfection yesterday and today. Everything is made to order so it’s fresh! Our service was great from the start to end. I must say I raved about the food and the quality of seasoning used and it is definitely an authentic Indian restaurant. When you’re finished with your meal you will be asked by Zahir if you enjoyed your meal, and then he will thank you again for your business. What a way to stay open. The quality of service is excellent. And it’s super clean. The restrooms are clean as well. Be sure to stop by and thank me later.
