Jungle Java

Not impressed. Huge space. More coffee tables than play space for the little humans. I mean the Latte was pretty good. The toddler area lacked toys or anything. See pictures. Pretty darn barren. I’m a successful Latina professional and got treated like a second class citizen. Having lived all over the country I’ve been treated better in less «brown» saturated areas and my kid has played in better. Over priced as well. I won’t be coming back here. Onto the next one.

This place is nice for kids to run around although $ 9 is a little pricey for a still 2 year old child. I honestly didn’t realize you can’t bring in your own coffee. You are subjected to drinking their gross watery coffee… no thanks I will pass on the coffee. We were greeted by a nice girl who told us we just needed to put the coffee in one of their cups but then a bigger lady came by and scolded her right in front of us making us feeling pretty awkward about it. (I don’t think you should do that in front of customers) All in all it’s a nice place for kids to go but because of the price and the mean lady I can go somewhere else.

It’s gross, dirty and if I could give a zero I would. The only thing that gives it a 1 is the fact my kids like it and I just tell myself it’s not dirtier than playing outside at a playground.
The drinks are super expensive, especially when you factor in the 9.00 per child you paid to come in the door. Look around the coffee flavoring pumps if you really want to gross yourself out. It doesn’t look like it’s been wiped down in months. There is no container to throw a straw wrapper so you have to walk that across to the garbage can area which also has filth everywhere around it. Most people don’t take the time to walk to the trash and just leave their garbage all over the area where they put your drinks down at. This I noticed as I stood waiting for my frozen coffee drink for 20 minutes. I asked for a refund but they said it was «coming right up» and «there wasn’t a manager there to give a refund» so I just took my chances and figured I’ve probably ate worse.
I don’t take my shoes off and I don’t let my children take theirs off either — it is gross. I saw a child throw up all over the floor, they cleaned it up –ish and the mom let the child continue playing! Now I know that part can’t be controlled by the facility but I can’t imagine how many nasty germs were peppered everywhere by throw up kid.
Look around the actual play structure and it’s dirty as well. Corners and around the poles of the structures, walls, etc. there is a distinct line where you can tell someone at some point did a half way job of moping with dirty water. Spider webs everywhere, weird white stuff leaking from the walls!
There is also an emergency exit that is hidden by the structure. I always imagined a child «escaping» or getting stolen by someone in the creepy corner haha.
It does have free Wi-​Fi but I don’t even know if that redeems this place.

Fun place for kids to run around and burn energy when the weather doesn’t allow play outside. The toddler area is nice and secluded from the older kids. I would enjoy going here more often if they would clean up! The floor in the toddler area where babies CRAWL is filthy. Just today I was there and some old sock was laying there, empty juice boxes, leftover balloons with strings from a birthday party and tons of dust bunnies! I don’t understand why the opening workers can run the vacuum real quick. Instead when you walk in they are all sitting in a back room and only come out when someone is paying to come in or paying for food. You would assume with tiny children running and crawling around they wouldn’t have garbage on the floor. Very disappointing

I think $ 9 is a bit pricey for what JJ has to offer: an indoor playground and basketball court. Of course, Laser Tag is extra. It’s also popular; JJ would do well to add another.
Overall, JJ is spacious, but a bit crowded, although it offers comfy seating for lunch or having a coffee.
The lunch menu isn’t bad, I expected typical kid-​fare but instead enjoyed a yummy and mildly-​spiced bean tortilla-​wrap.
JJ is adequately staffed, although it could be tidier. I did see someone going round with a broom, making effort to keep the floors clean.
The teens/​college kids manning the counter were working hard, and I wanted to tip on my coffee, but it’s not allowed. That’s something I’d like to see in the future, as these kids are working hard!

This place really is run down. The floors are filthy, and there are white stains dripping down all the walls. Half the stuff isn’t working. «Jungle Run» timers? Broken. Interactive floor? Broken. Basketballs? Barely bounce. Would it kill them to spend 2 minutes filling them with air? They are charging $ 9 a kid to get in. Then you have to pay EXTRA for the «Lazer Cave» (which RARELY has an employee monitoring, so kids just run in there who haven’t paid). Today, there was actually an employee at the entrance — too bad they were texting on their phone instead of actually doing their job. This place has potential, but they are failing miserably.

I love it here. My son is almost 2 and he has a blast. It’s a fun and clean environment and we will definitely be coming back.

We have been to this location 2 or 3 years ago and had fun with the kids.
We went there today and were a little disappointed in the condition of the equipment and the messy floors. Dust on the jungle gym and some of pieces are pretty worn out. The walls appear to have salts leaching through from the outside.
This place needs a major clean-​up.
Hardly worth the $ 9 admission.

Underwhelming. We have been twice. My son (4 ½) had fun, but the place is really dirty. Lots of debris and candy on the floor, not a place you want to take your shoes off, which the kids have to do. Trash cans inside and outside were overflowing. Thankfully, we did not go in the restrooms. Drip coffee is Folgers, at best. We won’t be back.

Took my 3 year old cousin here for a couple of hours. He definitely had a fun time running around. There is a big play structure and then a smaller one for just toddlers. There is also a laser area and a little basketball court. Lots of tables and a café with snacks and drinks. I was satisfied with the place, just think it is overpriced for what you get. I was hoping for more for the entry price of $ 9 a kid. I’ll be brining my own snacks and drinks next time. Free wifi at least for parents/​guardians. My cousin would give it 5 stars, so the kids have a fun time!

GREAT place to bring the kids and let them burn off some energy, and since I was there for the birthday party of one of my son’s friends from school… I can even say, yep, it works really well for kids’ birthday parties as well.
It’s a HUGE space… giant jungle gym /​tree house /​rope swings /​playscape thingamabob for the kids to ramble around on, plus basketball hoops and even a segregated area for kids three and under to keep them from getting run over by the bigger kids.
Tons of tables, decent snack bar (prices are a little high… but whaddaya want… they know they’ve got you trapped…) that has quite a few options for snacks, coffee, soft drinks and food.
And wifi. Having wifi is definitely a good thing.

It is a fun place for the kids. Definitely germ city and it never fails that my daughter gets sick after she goes here. It’s kept pretty clean, staff is always abundant. Snack bar is decent, prices high. It’s also very, very loud. Don’t plan to go here and relax while the kids play.

Try to avoid a weekend if you can, mostly birthdays and lots of people. On a weekday, it is not that bad. You can let your kid run a muck and you can relax and do work or get lost in a book. There is a gate at the door so kids can’t leave. They have a kitchen so you can order food or drinks but it is a little pricey. The entry fee is pretty cheap and you only have to pay for your kid. There is also a small basketball court and a small laser tag kind of room.

Great place, kids love it! Fair price.

Fun party for the kids in general. Not really recommended for a 1-​yr old birthday party… I was expecting more in the toddler area but it’s just a climb and slide.

Loved this place. Had our son birthday party here. He enjoyed it, not because of his friends but he was able to let loose. My helper was great. After being here I will never have another birthday party as chucky cheese.

This place is ok. I was expecting more and I was expecting cleaner. There was very little for my 1-​year-​old. They have a play area off to the side for little ones, but it was it was nothing special. My chai tea latte was ok, but I probably wouldn’t order it again.
I’d go back if I had friends that wanted to check it out, but it wouldn’t be a place I’d recommend.

My girls and I have been here three times. They are six, so they play in the big kids area, which they really seem to enjoy. Free Wi-​Fi is a bonus, so I bring along my iPad to keep me busy. However, every inch of the place is pretty filthy. The bathrooms are a mess, it’s difficult to find a clean table or chair (and not once have I seen an employee walk around to pick up around the place), and I don’t even want to know what is crawling along the play structures. Every time I have gone there, I’ve had to take some hand-​sanitizer to wherever I was sitting, to avoid the heebie jeebies!
We went once when it was super busy and so loud that you can’t even hear the person next to you, and my girls promptly announced that they didn’t want to stay. Weekday afternoons are your best bet, if you want to avoid a crowd.
The water is overpriced and the coffee concoctions are gross. I can’t speak to any of the food, but the prices seem to be steep, as expected.
We’ll be back, only because my girls enjoy the play structure.
