Vandy’s Express

I have been using this service for 7 yrs as my main means of transportation to and from the airport with no issues whatsoever. Always prompt in pick up from residence and airport upon retun. Thank you for providing a great service

We have been using Vandys Express for over 5yrs and had no issues at all. Great service for myself and my wife. I seen a bad review about Vandys but that has not stopped me from using them for all of my work travel as well as our vacation travel. Good people and good service. That’s my opinion. Another great service provided by Vandy’s to get back and forth to the airport. It was a long week and was very grateful I do not have to wait for my ride to get home. Thanks and highly recommend them.

My co-​workers and I used their service before and all went well. This year when we landed at the airport at 9pm I called them to let them know we had arrived. He wasn’t sure who I was and then said he didn’t have anyone at the airport now and we would have to wait 45 minutes for a ride to pick us up. He said he had a van break down and that is why we didn’t have a ride. He was very short with me when I asked how we were to get home and suggested we take the Metro cab if we didn’t want to wait 45 minutes for him to dispatch another car.
We took the Metro Cab. I received a portion of the money back in an envelope with no apology or note within a week.
You will be taking your chances when scheduling this company for a pick up.

If you are using this service for Airport Shuttle, highly recommended that you find another method of transportation. My organization uses this company very frequently for round trip shuttle services and we usually travel with a group of 4 or more. No matter how many people is in the group, everyone in the group will be charged the same rate.
For the amount that’s being charged, the automobile that this company uses to transport people are not in the best shape. The vehicles are older models, and not in the best mechanical shape or I would not be sitting in the airport waiting for them. I called soon as my plane had landed and the response was that they are trying to locate another driver being that the driver that was suppose to pick me up at 4pm vehicle had broken down.
Promptness isn’t there motto. they have been to either make you late for a flight and are guaranteed to pick you up late upon arrival. They do get your flight information upon departure but still will be approximately an hour late picking you up.
This is my personal experience with company, can not tell paying customers to do with their money, but I can give advice on how to get a bang for your buck and this company is not a bang.

We have been using Vandy’s Express for our airport transportation for about a year now. I have been very happy with their service. Their vans are clean and seem to be well maintained. Their drivers are pleasant and drive safely.
You can pay by cash or credit card. They call and confirm the pickup time the night before after reviewing the weather report for your pick up time. It is so nice not having to deal with the traffic, parking, etc.
