History

Established in 2005.

In May of 2005, A Doggie in the Window Grooming Studio was founded in my home. I apprenticed at a veterinarian’s grooming business for two years prior to opening. I have attended many continuing education seminars and trade shows around the country and have learned from some of the biggest and brightest in the grooming industry. February 2012, A Doggie in the Window Grooming Studio, moved to our current location, 2007 North 2^nd Street, in Clinton, Iowa.

I came to grooming later than many. I was in my forties when the opportunity to learn to groom was presented to me. Grooming was the best thing that ever happened to me, it changed my life. I am one of those «lucky» people that love what they do:)
