I am all about supporting small owner because I am also a business owner. So i definitely know the struggle. The folks at custom mount are definitely the most unprofessional people have ever had to deal with. First they dont return calls and when you finally get a hold of someone and make an appointment. They dont show up nor call to let you know. I am just done.. Done with all this shenanigans.

If you value your time, be weary!!!
I was given a quote time of 4:30 for an installation that was then changed to 5:00 per the company. I assumed they were running late. After not showing up at 5:00, I sent an iMessage text at 5:30 to verify how close they were in proximity as my wife and I had dinner plans at 6:30. The iMessage sent me a read receipt at 5:46 and they never called, texted or showed up! Very inconsiderate business.

Excellent service!!! Derrick and his son did an excellent job with mounting my 55 inch tv over the fireplace. It was a tough job but they pulled it through. He was very helpful with any questions I had which was a plus. reasonable prices and I will definitely use Custom TV again to mount my other TVs.

These guys are awesome. Derrick arrived on time and consulted me every step of the way. I had a Bose sound bar and subwoofer in a box sitting in the corner. I came downstairs to see how much progress he had made and much to my surprise, Derrick had unboxed and setup the Bose sound system. Not only do they provide impeccable service, but their prices were better than the three others guys I received quotes from. I would highly recommend Custom TV Mount to anyone who is in need of having a TV mounted.

I have to say that this company is amazing. I originally had a scheduled estimate/​installation for today by another company and somehow they forgot about me and when I called, they were apologetic and asked to reschedule me for another day (uh not)
At that point, I cancelled and went online/​yelp and found Custom TV Mounting. I spoke with Derrick and I have to say that it was a blessing in disguise, as I am so happy the other company goofed up so that I was able to do business with Custom TV Mounting instead.
I had three TV’s mounted in the house and Derrick was so professional and patient as I had an important call to take while he was working.
As you can see in the pics, they produced excellent and quality work. They even came and installed the same day and the price was very good.
How awesome is that?
All I can say is, Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

Excellent job!!! This was my first time using this company, so I didn’t know what to expect. After reading the reviews, I had to try them. I called and spoke to Derrick and explained what I wanted and because he had an opening that evening, he came the same day! I got same day service at the best price in town!!! Derrick was awesome! He was extremely professional, amenable to ideas and last minute changes, and did an extraordinary job of mounting 4 TVs. He hid all of the wires behind the walls and even set them all up with the cable boxes and DVD players. On the main TV, he installed the surround sound and Wii. What a guy! His price was VERY reasonable for the amount of work he did. One of the TVs was mounted above the fireplace. It looks great and we would highly recommend Derrick! Thanks again! –Stephanie Y.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Contacted them after hours on a Saturday, received a call back within the hour. Discussed services, availibilty and pricing (very reasonable and accommodating). Once my household goods were delivered on Tuesday, they were there Wednesday evening to mount a 55″ TV (full motion bracket; they hid the cords and connected all the audio) and 75″ mirror in my dining room. They included me in the installation process to ensure the positioning and labor was to my satisfaction. They were prompt and on time in every aspect of the experience. Superb service! I had two televisions mounted along with 2 shelves. Both guys were extremely professional and kept me informed throughout entire process. How they managed to get around a funky wall structure in my building and still hide my wiring for 2 televisions, 2 cable boxes and an XBox is beyond me. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and will ONLY use Custom TV Mounting and Audio in the future. I shopped around for about 2 weeks and definitely made the best choice. You will not be disappointed!!! I highly recommend!!!

Phil is by far the best in the area. I have several corporate apartments and have dealt with a lot of people in the area who claim they mount TVs — but none come close to the service and professionalism that Phil provides. He is a nice guy, good at what he does and he won’t rip you off. Highly recommend.
