I read other reviews about poor contact but that wasn’t my experience. I almost didn’t order from them because of it but I couldn’t find the parts I needed elsewhere so I took a chance. The transaction was fine. I sent an email to check status on the shipment and received a reply within a few hours. I got exactly what I ordered. The prices were good and the shipping charge was fine. I ordered complete rebuild parts for our Mansfield toilets. No problems.

So far… not so great. They provide a phone number but it has been busy all morning and they supply and email, but they don’t answer it! Would like an answer to my question and nothing!
