Sook’s Cute N Classy Mobile Grooming

I just called this business to get information about grooming. I don’t know who answered the phone but they definitely need a lesson on customer service and phone etiquette. She was rude and short and the deciding factor for me to go elsewhere!

I called and whomever answered the phone had the worst phone etiquette that I’ve encountered in quite a while. Too many other choices to chance a further bad encounter.

I used Sook for the first time yesterday… Found her on Unilocal… And she was amazing!
I have two mini schnauzers that are very nervous during grooming. With Sook, they seemed at ease and comfortable!
She was very gentle with them and compassionate. Furthermore, they looked spectacular when she was done! I’ve tried many groomers and Sook is hands-​down the best I’ve met. She is sweet, professional and did a terrific job! Highly recommend her!!!

I started using Sook’s services some time ago and I am extremely pleased each time. Sook has a fabulous truck that she drives to my house and grooms my dog in. She is extremely punctual and very accessible. She’s friendly, professional, efficient and a true dog-​lover!
I used to take my dog to other groomers and I was always upset because she had to get in a cage and she always seemed terrified when I’d leave her. My dog runs to Sook every time she comes to the door and she is finished being groomed within 30 minutes.
I have not had any issues with Sook’s services. She is knowledgeable about her craft and she explains options and all with clarity and good continuity of thought. She also uses high-​quality bows, ribbons, and bandanas on the doggies. She doesn’t put all of those rubber bands etc. that get all tangled up and stuck in their hair.
She only accepts cash and I don’t believe that she provides flea and tic prevention. Those are the only «issues» I can think of, but they definitely aren’t serious enough to deduct stars! She’s the best!
