Growing up in Des Moines, Betsy attended West Des Moines schools and later Dowling Catholic High School. Her mom entered into the real estate business in approximately 1998. Upon graduating from Dowling Catholic, Betsy enrolled in Iowa State and later Marquette University, earning a degree in Public Relations and Advertising. After college, Betsy began a career in advertising and marketing only to find her true passion in real estate in 2008.
Betsy began her career at Iowa Realty and was named a second generation Rookie of the Year in 2008, selling around $ 4,000,000 during her first year in business.
In 2012, Betsy moved her business from Iowa Realty to Keller Williams Realty Greater Des Moines. Since then, her business has boomed, helping more than 50 buyers and sellers in 2013.
