You never expect to be in an accident nor envision significant damage to your car– but it happened to us. You kinda take a chance on someone to restore it to its pre-​accident condition. That is what Tulio had done. He did such a good job our car looked like we just drove out of the showroom. It was gleaming– body, tires and all! We live 5 minutes from the shop so we often stopped by to check on progress and Tulio was very helpful giving detailed description on what was done, what still needs to be done, and status of scheduled repairs and parts delivery. All was done professionally from the estimate in the beginning to payment at the completion. We are 100% satisfied with the job.

This place is outstanding! Prompt and professional service. Helped repair two cars in a matter of a couple of weeks. Very honest and trustworthy. Super quick turn-​around time. Brought my daughter’s car in on the weekend for dent repair and had it done sooner than expected. Was driving it home on Monday. Kept us up-​to-​date on the progress. Tulio is a true professional! This is now our go to body shop.

Tulio was so helpful with the entire process. From the accident to my car being fixed. He handled the insurance company on my behalf. He even took care of the adjuster. When the insurance company was dragging their feet, Tulio made sure he continued calling them until the matter was resolved. Once the payment was issued, he fixed my car quickly and professionally. It looks brand new! Tulio and his entire staff were friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

On April of 2015, my 2015 Jeep GC was damaged by a distracted driver who was busy with his Smartphone, his car sideswiped the driver side of my Jeep, and badly damaged both doors. I am a picky person, so I researched and interviewed many body shops, after speaking with the owner of Interstate 9W Auto Body, Mr. Tulio Arias, I decided to go with his auto body shop. Tulio promised and assured me that after he is done working on my 2015 Jeep GC, it would look like it was never in an accident. Tulio and his team delivered on the promise, they did an amazing job, everything aligned perfectly, and the paint job was beautiful. Finally, Tulio is a very nice guy, and takes great pride in his work, and this is one of the cleanest and most organized body shops that you will ever find.
