Good luck with getting a receipt from the manager. Not friendly at all. Without the receipt they aren’t liable for anything sent or dropped off at their location.

Great Experience. Owner was friendly and helpful. Helped bring in packages. Gave us advice on best and least costly way to ship. Packages reached their destination the next day. Great job.

I dont know what others are talking about but I had nothing but a good experience here. The owner was always polite and processed my packages quickly plus he gives me discounts all the time. I plan to use this place as long time since it is located 3min from my house.

Don’t use this store! The owner is very RUDE and yells. Why have a franchise store if you hate it so much???

Worst customer service ever. Do anything you can to find another UPS Store in the area. Rude, unable to explain policies. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible customer service, if you can even call it that. Came in several times to drop off packages due to their proximity to my parents’ home, but each and every time I come in, I end up standing uncomfortably in front of them while the owners, an Asian man and woman, take their time fiddling with the computer. They clearly know I’m there because I’m literally standing right in front of them, and had said hello and made eye contact when I walked in.
The last time I was there and this will be the absolute last time I go to this place, I remember standing outside the door before I walked in and said to myself, «Let’s see how rude they are this time.» Well, UPS Closter did not disappoint.
As per usual I end up standing in front of the owner while he plays with the computer, and when he finally acknowledges me, he grills me about where I got the prepaid labels once I tell him that I am dropping off packages («did you print them yourself??»), and then gives me an attitude for requesting receipts for my drop-​off, saying that I am «wasting paper.» Maybe he should have paid attention when I told him that I had two packages (which is pretty obvious had he bothered to look at them), because he ended up having to print two separate receipts. Then he goes on about how he has to pay for the sticker labels and that I should just write down the tracking number myself. HELLO, I’m making sure I have proof that I dropped off my packages in case they somehow get lost or they decide to throw them in the garbage. I honestly could care less what he has to pay to run his business, which I hope is seriously failing because it’s always empty inside, most likely due to the nasty people who run the place. ZERO stars if possible.
