Zendiggi Kebab House is a family owned business with a passion for serving fresh and delicious Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Kebabs, Gyros, Hummus and other tasty treats.

Our core «Idea» is great Kebabs, always marinated, and grilled to perfection. The best way to serve them is your way. As a sandwich, with all the toppings you want; as a Platter served over a bed of aromatic rice; or as a Salad atop a bed of fresh greens with your choice of dressing. By Customer demand, we added the «50⁄50.»

Food never disappoints. There was one time my colleague picked up the order, and he hadn’t noticed until he got back that they had not included any sauces (especially that hot sauce. yum) or napkins we had asked for.
But the food and service is just THAT great that I am still willing to give it 4 stars.
Everything from the Mediterranean fries to the 50⁄50 platters to the sandwiches are delicious!
The pita that comes with the sandwiches and the hummus dip are definitely better at Greek Village (warm, soft and dare I say, moist?), but it’s still pretty good here.
Delivery is a major plus! Not too many places around Closter that do that.

Zendiggi doesn’t disappoint. The food is spot on and the atmosphere is nice. I always make sure to get the Mediterranean Fries as a side whenever I go. I usually get a gyro which is huge! One time however, I got a chicken platter and wasn’t disappointed but I wasn’t blown away either.
As for the staff, it’s usually teens or college kids. Very friendly and attentive. A great place to grab a casual lunch/​dinner.

Very happy I found this place
It’s not too far from home. I needed something quick, tasty and light. I ordered the chicken kebab plater «50÷50» and a small pita with hummus. The portion was large! The chicken was tender and flavorful. The rice was «every grain to itself» as my Gram says, which is a good thing. salad was nice and fresh. I got a full order, but I definitely should have gotten a half order.

This is new Persian Restuarant and the owner is first generation of Persian; therefore the food is kind of mixed Persian Turkish and American. I have to say this place has a potential if the owner run it more like Restuarant than take out place. The furniture and setting is great but plastic stuff turn you off.

The kubideh kabob, pretty much any of the kabob platters are great. The Mediterranean fries are so amazing. They even gave me free soup with my order last time I ordered out, their service is phenom as well! Great interior décor, nice and spacious, the food. Great memories here. Can’t wait to come back here.

Good food, can get the kebabs with veggies or just only rice. Hummus and pita side is good and a small can satisfy as an appetizer for 3 – 4. Fries are good as well. I had the kubideh kebab platter 50⁄50 (half rice half veggies).
Staff was friendly. I think he was the owners son, but he came out and went to each table personally and talked to us about our meal and day

I placed the order through the phone. Read the reviews on Unilocal.It seemed like a decent place. I got my order without any fork, knife, spoon. Shit happens. They were nice on the phone but the food was average at best. I wouldn’t recommend the vegetable platter or the pitta with hummus. They were fast and nice on the phone.

The food here is phenomenal! Light and fresh and the portions are generous. We tried the lamb kebabs, which were very tasty and seasoned well. The kubideh is their signature kebab and it was also fantastic – not too salty. The salad was very refreshing and didn’t even need dressing! The sandwiches are a safe bet and the lentil soup was delicious. And if you like heat, the hot sauce lives up to its name. To top it all off, we had outstanding service. The server greeted us, talked us through the menu, and checked on us often even though it is mostly a counter-​service restaurant. Definitely will be back!

Sensible food. Service was great but have had better gyros elsewhere. A bit pricey but it’s closter so I guess they can charge it. Key point is they deliver! A rarity in this area. Will continue to visit but only when on the main st. Doing business.

Incredible food. Made to order everything, the garlic mayo is out of this world. I would eat here daily if I could. You should check it out if you haven’t already.
I recently ordered a chicken gyro sandwich which was bigger than I could finish. The quantity of food is great. People are really nice there.

A Must: Mediterranean Fries at zendiggis are unbeatable by any other eatery. I am repeatedly impressed by the packed flavor in these fries.
On the same note, the platters are great as well. It is definitely a fulling dish so I would recommend getting the salad with the kebabs since the rice may be too much.

Here is a jewel in Closter. The food is delicious, well prepared and presented. This family run restaurant really wants ypu to enjoy a healthy middle eastern styled feast in a comfortable and super clean environment! Fresh fresh fresh! I am a world travelled MARINE AND CAN VOUCH FOR EXCELLENT CHOW when I experience it. Try it, you’ll like it. (Great place for a date).

Zendiggi had very good food, nice and fast service. My family has ordered from Zendiggi when family was over with big orders. It was prepared fast while still tasting delicious. The food was also not that expensive for everything including lamb. I was very satisfied with everything there.

Food was great. Ordering is like at a fast food place. Can have your meats/​kebabs on rice or salad or as a sandy.
I came here with my GF and shared gyro platter and chicken kebab salad.
I like the chicken here over Greek Village because its plumper and more flavorful. But Greek Village still wins in gyro and in salad. It could be the herb that comes with the salad/​greens.
Price here is more but the portions calls it right too.
They had scoth bonnet pepper hot sauce. My gf and I probably used ¼ of the bottle. 4 hours later I was rumbling.
