I found All Tech a few years ago when one of my 4 cars at the time needed a smog. We have usually taken our cars to the dealer (on the vehicles under warranty) or my father, who was a mechanic. Since my father retired and our cars are no longer under warranties, we have been using All Tech for all of our vehicles and have been very pleased with their work. Nathan is always helpful and a delight to deal with. I know I can call him any time with questions about my cars and he will always find the time to help us or work us into the schedule! We have no hesitation in referring others to them, we tell them to ask for Nathan! He’ll take care of your vehicle and answer your questions!

2 months after repairs still not fixed.

I just recently went to AllTech because my vehicle did not pass smog. They are a test and repair station that said they had a guy there that is a «Whiz» at fixing Mercedes. This was a lie. Next, after we took the car there, the guy at the front lamented that the car was old and had high miles. I KNOW this, you don’t need to point it out. I wonder if they tell all their customers (that have older cars) that their car is old and has high miles. At 21 years old/15,000 miles average per year this car would have 315k miles. I don’t have that many miles, it’s less than 255k. Runs great, just has check engine light on. It seemed like it was an inconvenience and to much work because they kept emphasizing the age and mileage, or maybe that meant that they were gonna ream me on the cost to repair it. IDK. Onto the rest of what happened, I’ll cut to the chase. Talked to Nate, did diagnostics, he said 13 codes came up, the other people that have checked out this car only came up with 4 at the most, agreed that we would just fix item that have a direct correlation to emissions. I wrote down the things that we talked about and i find out after picking up the car, hubby looked over the bill, they charged me $ 67 dollars for a dipstick. Even though I am a woman i know the difference between a dipstick and a leak in the dipstick tube. I authorized for them to change the tube because i certainly don’t have the equipment to fix it. He told hubby that he told me it was the dipstick. I’ve got 2 extra ones here at home, why would I authorize something that I have here at home?. He told my husband that he put a new o-​ring on it also. Then they also charged me twice the cost that Smith Auto charges for an O2 sensor. To say the least, get everything in writing from these guys, if not, they will probably do the ol’ bait and switch on ya and then screw you on the cost to repair it.

A year and a half ago I had the exhaust manifold on my Wrangler replaced by All Tech. Twice since then it has rattled loose. Covered under warranty, All Tech would bolt it back on and it would be fine. (They made it seem like was inconveniencing them) It just happened again and I took it to a different shop. The manifold had warped and all of the bolts were stripped. Go to All Tech if you like getting ripped off and substandard work.

They are the best when it comes to my husbands Jeep! We bought it used and have had many reasons to go in and get something fixed. The guys that work there are always so nice and will always give us the best deal they can for our poor Jeep. They always explain what services they need to do and call before hand instead of just doing it and leaving us with an unexpected charge. My entire family comes here and we won’t be stopping anytime soon.

This is my sister’s mechanic. I took my camaro Z28 there with a coolant leak and they had the whole job done the next day! they have a no-​nonsense approach and tell you in a practical way what else needs to be done without trying to upcharge you like other shops. I will be going here for all of my maintenance needs. Extremely Professional and helpful staff, it’s hard to find a shop like this these days. I am extremely satisfied!

I have been going to Alltech for many years and never hesitate to recommend them. Being a woman, sometimes I don’t always understand what service may need to be done but Mark and Nate are more than willing to explain it to me so I can understand it. Their mechanics are thorough and professional. Many of their mechanics have been there a really long time, which means they like working for their employer and to me that speaks volumes to me. Their rates are fair and reasonable and if they can find you a savings, they will. My entire family takes all of their vehicles to them, even my mom’s motorhome.
