I was extremely fortunate to find Sandra. She is professional, very talented, patient, sweet, kind, and has extreme knowledge in Décor… She worked her magic in decorating for my daughters quinceañera. She exceeded my expectations. When I walked in the room I was blown away at how fabulous everything looked. I can honesty say that all of my guest let me know how beautiful the room looked. If you are looking for someone to decorate your event please look no more Sandra is your girl! She really worked with my budget and made my vision come to life. She was the one responsible for making my wedding day so beautiful! She went over and beyond the call of duty. The shop is fantastic… it’s by appointment only because she is a busy lady because she is so sooooo EXCELLENT at what she does and it’s evident in the outcome that she Loves and is passionate about what she does. Sandra has gone above and beyond for me. Anytime I’ve needed to talk to her she’s made herself available. .very very EZ to work with, very flexible and she is willing to work with my budget… Best part is you get to see what your set up looks like before your event… she mocks up your selections right there in the shop!!! It’s sooooo AWSOME! I can hardly contain my Excitement! !!

Sandra is passionate about her job, she goes above and beyond for her client’s. She operates a darling shop in Clovis that provides a large array of decorating ideas. Her rental items are welled maintained. She takes pride in her work and is in high demand for her outstanding customer service. It is unfortunate that Bekki gave Sandra a poor review. Most decorators in Fresno are very busy and can’t always respond to calls immediately. Keep in mind this business is not a 9 – 5 job. Vendors work unusual hours, they decorate anywhere from 10 – 12 hours a day and then go back to their shops to get ready for the next day. When they have time to return calls, it may not be during a professional hour. As a client you can’t wait until the last minute to reach out to a vendor and expect to receive service in a day or two. I would highly recommend Sandra for your decorating needs. Please keep in mind all that is involved in the process, you decorate more than one venue a day, when the decorating is completed, you return to the shop to process paperwork, clean linens and maintain your rental items. As a small business owner, sometimes you don’t have the luxury to hire staff! If you can afford to hire staff, they may not give the personalized service you wish to provide your clients. With our best intentions, we can’t always make everyone happy!!!

Poor customer service. It took me several attempts to finally speak with someone to arrange a meeting.
I had high hopes after my appointment, but again trying to get a hold of the owner to arrange everything was impossible.
I prefer to work with someone who wants my business.
