Fancy Cut

This place is by Costco so chances are that you probably planned a trip to Costco and saw this place. I’ve been here numerous times and they used to be friendly and take their time cutting your hair but they just do such a sloppy job that it simply isn’t worth visiting. I don’t mind if they get your haircut done quickly, but it looks absolutely horrendous. This isn’t a shop that uses scissors — just a straight machine cut to get you in and out. If you ask for a scissor cut or anything, they will ignore that request unless you persist. The haircut is cheap — it’s only like $ 9 but the isn’t worth it since you’ll end up having to go to another barber to fix their sloppy work (rather than taking your chances on having them ruin it even more). I guess if you’re planning on shaving your head completely, it wouldn’t be such a bad place but if you wan’t a consistent haircut, avoid. Feel free to give it a try, but I guarantee you’ll regret it.

I have been going here for years… throughout the years I can tell everyone in this shop has cut my hair. I used to have Danny cut my hair all the time until one day I was not satisfied with his work so I told him and he acted so unprofessional and very rough with the Clippers and comb. So now I have anyone but him cut my hair. It just seems like everyone is always in a rush no one takes their time anymore. I think it’s so rude that dannys wife Nancy wears earphones while she cuts your hair it’s like she tunes you out. Very unprofessional and rude in my point of view.

Just got a haircut from Nancy. Not only did she do an excellent job, she remembered exactly how I wanted before I had a chance to tell her, even thought it has been several months since she last gave me a haircut. Her memory is outstanding. Nancy you’re the best :)

Quick and easy. Decent cut for a decent price. Sometimes tough to find parking as it shares the lot with the always busy Costco.

This review is based on my experience with an employee.
The employee was an older asian man. When discussing the length of cut I wanted on top of my hair, I told him that I wanted about an inch length left on top. He obviously had no clue what an «inch» was as I gestures and he just gave me a blank stare. It was off to a bad start when I realized he could barely speak English.
How am I supposed to get what I want when the guy cutting my hair doesn’t understand what I’m saying? –1 star
I kept it simple for his sake, Cause I’m a nice guy.
Towards the end of my haircut, I had a change of mind on the length of my hair on the sides, then the guy starts complaining, and at one point he tells me «that’s too much work». Really? Simply changing the head on your clippers and going around my head is too much work?
I felt like reminding him it’s his job to cut hair, but I realized what’s the point if he doesn’t even understand English. –1 star
Later he had the nerve to charge me an extra for my request. –1star
For the rest of the session he was mumbling in his own language, who knows what, and it really put me in a bad mood for the rest of the 3 minutes it took him to change my side length.
This employee has obviously never heard of good customer service in what ever language he speaks. –1 star
It makes me question the people who hired this guy. From the looks of it, the place is family owned and if you complain they’ll probably just ignore you.
If they don’t care about who they hire, then they don’t care about their customers satisfaction. –1 star
If I could give my experience a ⁰⁄₅ I would.
In Conclusion I say to you the reader, find somewhere else to get a haircut. Some place where you’ll be treated like a customer, instead of just another 10 $ coming in and out the door.

Been going her for at least 5 years and always fast quick. All barbers are good even tho there is a language Barrier. And Enrique hasn’t been there in years and he doesn’t know what he is talking about

Been a loyal customer for over seven yrs at this place and I will never spend another dime there.
Walked in to get a cut and Danny tells me the lady I get my cut from isn’t here. So I asked him can u cut my hair? He said no I’m leaving soon. As I drove off, I looked in and he is cutting some guys hair.
BTW guys, they are bitching about some of the request you guys ask in vietnamese to each other.

Went here for awhile. Got my hair cut by everyone here. Dao is hands down the best. Takes his time and made sure my fade (back when I had a fade) was blended to perfection. The rest of the stylists are ok.
I took away one star due to an experience I had there one day. One of the stylists got into a full fledged yelling match with a customer basically calling the customer a liar and saying that he didn’t know what he was talking about because the customer wasn’t pleased with his son’s haircut. They went back and forth about what a fauxhawk was and the entire thing went down in front of dozens of other customers. It was extremely unprofessional.

Have been getting my hair cut here for a few years now. Always a clean and reliable place. Dao Is a great barber he always takes his time even on the busy days. Well worth it to stop in and get a fresh cut. and at $ 9 who can bet the price.

The best and most reasonable haircut place I have ever been to. Love this place, all the workers are friendly and great at their job. I never go anywhere else.

Danny is a total douchbag and needs to learn better customer service. Also I hate that he attempts to call every Mexican that Walks though the door Cuñado, your not my brother-​inlaw. His workers on the other hand do a great job of cutting hair. I just wish they would work some where else so that Danny would learn its his staff that people like, not him! Horrible customer service. Also he charges $ 1.00 to use your card which is another douchbag move.
