Peachwood Medical Group Urgent Care

Need to edit your hours. Drove all the way here to a closed sign. Your website even states a wait time for patients. Very frustrating.

Doctor Maan is the worst Dr I have seen in my life. Does not even deserves he one star. He doesn’t care at all. I went see him for physical for the first time I have very good insurance. But the main problem I went for is That I have to many Heart palpitations.
He requested a blood test for me and never call me again.
I called in 2 weeks to see what happens with my blood test. They told me that the Dr is not here he is out of the country.
I got really mad that he doesn’t care about me and I asked to be seen from another dr.
After 3 weeks maybe he called me and said that he signed the transfer dr paper he was Very very rude to me
He’s from third world continue.
Also he Graduated from a third world country.
Very asshole dr. Don’t go to him at all.

Every experience I’ve had with this urgent care has been ridiculous. My usual wait time is around an hour to an hour and a half. I’ve seen people get in before me that walked in way later than I did. Furthermore, I find their staff to be quite rude. The last doctor I saw was very unhelpful to my illness. Currently looking for a new urgent care for when I’m ill.

Every time I am there it is usually busy but the staff and doctors are more than amazing. First come first serve, I try to get there early, never had to wait more than an hour. Pharmacy right in same complex. I have been to other there was only me and waited an hour and a half. Urgent cares seems to be popping up everywhere but Peachwood is the one that has been the best for me and my family. With four kids, I need someone I can trust. Thank you Peachwood!

Went to urgent care today with a fairly large laceration in my hand. I was see quickly (within about 15 minutes) and treated just as fast. Everyone was very nice. I had to return about two hours later because I’d mistakenly believed I’d had a tetanus shot within the last 5 years. They brought me to the back without hesitation and tagged it on to the original visit. Expedient, courteous, and thorough.

I don’t think I’ve been here once and been treated in a courteous manner. The front desk staff always seemed annoyed and curt. I understand you are working with sick people, but let’s have a little compassion. I’ve had to wait 2+ hours every time I’ve come in and that is not even during holidays. I’m not sure what their system is for choosing which patients go back before others, but I have sat with my young daughter and watched as grown men who arrived after us, we’re ushered in. The doctors seemed rushed and ready to move on to the next patient. Don’t waste your time.

I have mixed feelings for this place. The doctors at Peachwood are some of the best. But before you get to them, you have to face some of the rudest receptionists there are. They are rude on the phone and in person. And the wait time at this place… no thank you!

Dr. Thwart is absolutely amazing!!! I wish she had her own practice, I would love to have her as my primary.

Took my 3 month old in for thrush since it was the weekend and I couldn’t get an appt in with her pediatrician. The MA took her weight and read the scale wrong. The doctor who saw her confirmed that my daughter had thrush but refused to write an order for nystatin despite the fact she’s miserable every time she eats. Apparently she doesn’t meet the criteria for a prescription. What kind of BS is that? Paid $ 15 for nothing.

Imagine if you went to Target and bought a blouse on sale for $ 9.99 in January. Four months later you get a phone call from Target saying «We made a mistake». That blouse was NOT on sale and you owe us $ 35.00. Would you pay it? That will be your billing experience if you go to Peachwood. It is 75 dollars but if you tell them that, they will argue with you and say «NO. We bill it as a normal office visit.» Then 4 months later, someone from billing will call you and demand the rest of the money. This is NOT an isolated incident. They DON’T know what they are doing. It happened to me twice and I overheard another customer having the same argument when I was there. They need to train their employees better or else write off their mistakes as a business loss-​not push their incompetence onto the SICK PATIENT. I am so upset now because of this, I think I am having another heart attack. Thanks a lot Peachwood. They also told me to quit smoking and I did but after that phone call from Sheila in billing, I fell off the wagon.

It’s better than the ER for small emergencies. I have come in with a dog bite, kid’s bump to the head, stitches, and a feverish child. Yes we have a long wait but we get seen that day and not midnight or the next day. And if my child’s peach wood physician is available we get directed to go there.

I don’t quite know why all the super positive reviews. Came in with my son who probably broke his arm and waited for more than an hour and a half so far. They failed to tell us they were waiting for pediatric doctors to arrive an hour and ½ after we arrived. Not cool. Now I ask how soon and they say, oh you’re next. Guess what? 10 minutes later and they call someone else. Again.

Best urgent care I’ve been to in the Fresno area HANDS DOWN! Professional and courteous staff, professional and clean environment. Wait was a little long but well worth it. Made places like ²⁴⁄₇ Urgent Care look like a dump. This is the place to go if you need urgent care services!

This place is our family go to when we can’t make it to our physicians. It’s a hit or miss with this place but that’s to be expected when you have staff changes and different physicians on different rotations. Plus you gotta also factor in if there are other sickos in the office too (flu season) sucks. This last time we went there was a 2 hr wait both in the reception area and in the actual office! But the receptionists are nice and the dr.‘s try to be prompt.

The nice folks at Peachwood took very good care of me today when a migraine snuck up on me. I’m relaxing now and I think we may have saved me a future trip to the ER.

This is my go-​to urgent care when I need one. Yes, sometimes (especially during peak flu season) the wait can be very long… and yes, they do see people before you that came in after you if their medical need appears more urgent than yours.
Urgent care is not a replacement for being seen by your primary care physician… but if you need to see a doctor immediately without waiting weeks for your PCP to be available, this is the place to go. I woke up today quite sick with a sinus and ear infection and was worried that this place would be either closed for the holiday or overflowing with sick patients (making the wait super long). Usually, I’d call beforehand to see what the wait was, but since I was planning to be there before they opened (to stand in line with the rest of the sickies), I just showed up.
At 8:45 AM, the doors were open, there were two assistants at the desk and about 15 clip boards were set up with forms ready for patients to walk in. The waiting room was about ¹⁄₃ of the way full when I got there, and they had already started to call back patients (BEFORE they opened at 9:00 AM!). I later asked a nurse if this was common-​she said they try to open as soon as the doctors and nurses have all arrived.
I was called back by 9:05, saw the doctor at 9:10, and was out the door by 9:25 AM. While this is quick, I didn’t have a difficult diagnosis – just had to check for strep or other potential problems. I felt the doctor took the time he needed with me and even had time to small talk before ending the visit.
Now, If only the shave ice place were open today – that would be very soothing on my very very sore throat.

Dr. Maan (I’m not sure of the spelling) is a very caring physician. I was a new patient to Peachwood Medical Group and Dr. Maan had an opening, so I went with it. I have seen him twice now, and he remembered me even after a few months! That’s amazing because I’m pretty sure he’s seen hundreds of patients. He is very kind and the staff are also nice. The wait time has been very minimal with both my appointments. They were also able to have me seen the same day when I called in the AM, not sure how often that happens normally but it was nice.
The woman who has been at the front desk is also generally welcoming, though is usually busy so she might come across as a little annoyed (but not rude or angry like some receptionists).
I would recommend Dr. Maan, and likely any other physicians at this location. They have a nice setup, and it’s very easy to find off of Herdon. It’s also comforting to know they have an Urgent Care here, just in case :)

I have used peachwood multiple times for my children on weekends when their doctor isn’t opened. They always get them I as quickly as possible I’m in an out in an he or so. Doctors are friendly and helpfull.

Thanks to Peachwood I finally got some medical attention after spending time at Northwest urgent Care. Those jerks turned me away even though I have the best medical insurance blue cross blue shield fed just because I was involved in a a accident. Blue cross told me they were ignorant and to go to peachwood, thank you for caring
