RUN, RUN, RUN !!! Don’t even talk to these guys. One of the worst contractors I’ve worked with ever. As others have indicated these guys are incompetent, lack integrity, and quick to take your money but not provide the service or quality they promise. It took them over 8 months to build my pool and it’s still wasn’t done right. My deck is cracking, there are cavities underneath it that haven’t been fixed. They set the plumbing and electrical too shallow. the plaster has a ring in it at the deep end, and the overall plaster job is uninform. They left garbage every time they came to work on my pool, and always wanted to show up at 2:00 pm on a Friday to work. The stone work that was done on pool was set by a couple of idiots who didn’t know anything about setting stone and now its falling off its settings. They started my pool in September of 2014 and it’s still never been 100% complete. Steve High is the biggest lying contractor I’ve come across in a long time. I used to work trades when I was younger and never seen such blatant disregard for the quality of work as I did with some of his subs. And by the way, none of the work was performed by an employee of Premier Pools. They use subs for everything. I’ve been trying to contact them for months to resolve the issues with my pool and all I get is dead air… Thanks for nothing Steve.

!!!DO NOT!!! Use Premier Pools and Spas. We hired Premier to build our pool almost two years ago and have been regretting it ever since as we are still dealing with unresolved issues that we cannot seem to get fixed. Premier has no courtesy or respect for it’s customers. We have been lied to, put off, and have been treated with continuous disrespect this entire time. Premier has no integrity, honor, ethics, professionalism, or any pride in the work that they do. Too bad I have to give them at least one star on this app because if I could I would give them negative stars. Get your shit together «Steve!!!»

Do not give Premier your money! They are incompetent, they misrepresent their capabilities and fail to communicate.
Premier was hired to install a pool and jacuzzi in my backyard. Not only did the installation take SIX weeks longer than quoted, but less than a month after «completion,» the pool and jacuzzi are completely unusable due to leaks and dirt. (See the posted pictures on this page.) The water level in the jacuzzi continues to drain on a regular basis due to a malfunction in the spillover. Their is a leak in the pool pipes which has filled the pool with water so dirty, the bottom of the pool is not visible. After several phone calls and emails over a series of weeks, Premier has failed to respond whatsoever. If you’re considering using this company, DON’T DO IT!!!

This is a typical unfinished project by Premier Pools in clovis. Pump running, spillover and gas going all at the same time. All those operations should always come on at the point of cleaning at 6:00 am. NOT!!!
This company is so bad I bought a ice maker and it doesn’t make ice, it melts it.
All my trees, grass, plants are dead!
There is a leak in the pool that they can not find.
In fact I called the city and when I asked to get the permit moved into my name they were happy!
If at any point anyone comes to you from premier pools run away. In fact hire a landscaper plant some grass and buy a pool at Walmart!

I’ve had a pool built before by another company and the experience was like night and day. If i could do it all over again I would not use Premier Pools of Clovis. They were quick to get me in contract and dig the hole, but after that it was a long and painful slog. The yard was always left a complete mess with each crew leaving litter and materials behind. My concrete was installed uncolored when i had ordered colored. The fix was to stain the concrete. Overall the final result was amateurish and I am going to pay a professional to come fix it next spring. Good news is the pool holds water! My advice is choose another pool builder, I wish I had.
