Are there ZERO Stars available? Very rude staff at the front desk. Large, red haired woman refused to even acknowledge me unless I «signed in» even for a simple question. Really? First and LAST time I ever use Quest Diagnostics for anything. I’ll never refer any of my patients here either.

This was my first positive experience at any Quest location(I’ve been to 4 others). As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Krystal and taken to the room for my blood test. I asked to lie down during the test as I tend to pass out while getting blood drawn, and she let me without hesitation(unlike other phlebotomists I’ve had at Quest locations). She was wonderful at getting my blood the first try and was extremely sweet and considerate the entire time. She made sure I felt okay and allowed me to take my time getting up after she was done. I never felt rushed at this location, yet I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. This is the first time I haven’t been horribly bruised from multiple failed pricks. The long drive from my house is well worth it. Thank you Krystal!

the girls r all nice but they have screwed up my labs last 3 times, I’ve got a lot of issues with some confusing lab request, I’ve got letters saying not enough blood results, sent to wrong dr, they don’t know their codes and have to call the Drs, Quest should be ashamed not teaching them how to code correctly, I called the main office this time, Quest is the issue

Couldn’t find the Quest Diagnostics one on N Palm. But, my review is 2 stars on the one at N Palm, their phlebotomists are terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to the one on N Palm. Go to any other Quest Diagnostics, I’m sure they are better than the one on N Palm.
